I was feeling wonderful because Taehyung promised to bring me somewhere again this weekend. Only two days left to reach there. Fighting, Elsa! I was in the midst of eating with the guys when I suddenly got a phone call.
" Hello?"
" Yes, is this Park Elsa?" wow, this guy spoke English. Who could it be?
" Yeah I am. Who is this?"
" Don't you remember me, Pepper?" I frowned. Pepper? It was a bit familiar to me but who is he?
" Pepper? Why did you call me that? Who are you?"
" Pepper...this is your twin," Now, that's even more familiar. My mind clicked.
" Wait...Pumpkin?" That name just felt so familiar rolling off my tongue even I didn't even remember who the person was.
" Absolutely! I missed you so much, Pepper!"
" How did you get my number? And I'm sorry I can't really remember you..."
" Do you recall Disneyland? Mmm...we met at the summer school in Edinburgh? Ha! Your birthday vacation?"
I tried recalling the day when I went to Disneyland with a friend and his family. It was so fun. Also, the day I joined the summer school in my mother's hometown. Wait!
How could I forget this freaking pumpkin and pepper thing?! Ah, you are so stupid, Elsa!
" Mark Tuan! Oh god! How can I forget you? I am so sorry! How are you?"
" Pepper, now you remember me. I missed you so much!"
Mark Tuan, my best friend that first met me in the summer school in Edinburgh when I was eight. It was just ten years ago. He was so cute and handsome, also kind, two years older than me.
" But...how did you get my number? How come are you in Korea?"
" I have my ways, Pepper. Well, can we like...meet so I can story with you?" I hesitated. When and where could we meet? Will Taehyung be okay with this?
He was not here because he was running some errands for a teacher.
" When would you like to meet me?" I felt the noise in the café was getting louder plus I was sitting with the loudest boys in school. I ran to the hallway where it was quieter.
" Well... Maybe now? My flight to London is around tonight so I am afraid I can't spend more time with you if I wait longer," Mark muttered under his breath in disappointment.
I couldn't ditch classes because exam was coming closer. Since when did you care, Elsa? Since Taehyung made me. But...it's Mark! Your lovely childhood friend!
" I think I will not disappoint my Pumpkin! It's been so long, Harry! We will catch up later, okay?"
" That's my Pepper. Haha I'll come to fetch you later. Send me your location, okay?"
" Okay! Bye!"
Ahh! I think one time won't hurt to ditch. I' ll tell Taehyung when I get home. Or...should I just text him? He was helping the teacher right now...uh just text him, okay?
