Alice grabbed her backpack, ready to head out to work at Sabine's truck, but she was stopped by a pair of strong arms turning her around. Alice raised her eyebrows at Robin, who smirked back at her.
"Nobin, as much as I would love for us to stay at home, we both have work" Alice said wrapping her own arms around the archer's neck.
"Well you see, I might have called in sick for both of us" Robin said earning a playful scolding look in return.
"You didn't" Finally Alice burst out laughing, pulling away from Robin so she could leave her backpack on the floor.
"I did" Robin smiled smugly.
"And what are we supposed to do now?" The blonde asked, knowing Robin wouldn't call in sick just to stay at home.
"What about a date, like Tilly and Margot did?" Robin asked as Alice grabbed her hand.
"Let's go" Alice smirked.
"There's only one thing that tastes better than this" Alice said looking at her candy apple.
"And what's that?" Robin played along, knowing very well what Alice's favorite food was.
"Orange marmalade sandwich"
"Hmm, I disagree" Robin decided to have a little fun.
"What did you say?" Alice narrowed her eyes at the brunette.
"That tastes awful"
"Watch it, Nobin" Alice warned playfully.
"Can't handle the truth?" Robin smirked at her, making Alice hit her arm, "hey!"
"You deserved it" Alice tried to ignore the archer's pout.
"I won't say I'm sorry" Robin said while she rubbed her arm.
"I know, you're too stubborn to do it" Alice laughed at Robin's mock offended look.
"How dare you?" Robin asked dramatically, making Alice laugh more.
"But I love you, even when you're stubborn" Alice kissed Robin's cheek.
"Good" Robin cupped the blonde's face with her free hand and kissed her lips, Alice let her almost finished candy apple fall to the ground to wrap her arms around Robin's neck, deepening the kiss.
