Chapter 2

   Home is the best place to be no matter what. I and Alec just got home only to be welcomed with the lovely aroma of chicken curry. OMG!!!! I'm already salivating.

   "Abby baby, you're home?" Mom said while engulfing me in a bear hug.

   "Yes mom, I am. Is dad home?"

    "No dear his still at work" I simply nod.

  "Mom, I'm gonna go change, okay?"

   "Okay dear, but be fast about it"

   I kept replaying the event that happened today at school. Why did Ben kiss me? His not a manwhore. So why? Fuck, this is driving me crazy. I do not a guy in my life. Fuckkkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!

   "Abby! Alec! Get your butts down here for dinner" mom yelled.

   "Coming!" We both say.

  Walking into the dining room I see a large bowl of chicken curry and anther large bowl of mushroom and grilled beef rice. OMG!!!!!! I'm so gonna gain 300 pounds this night.

  "Abby dear, help me bring the plates from the kitchen."

  "Ok mom." At times I wish I wasn't the only girl. I got the plates and went the dining room and placed them in front of each person. Mom dished and served and we began eating. Ugh! Why is everyone so quiet? The silence is frustrating.

  "So....." I say to start up a conversation. "How was work today dad?"

  "It was ok teddy bear, just the same old thing everyday"

Oh! In case you are wondering what my dad does for a living. He owns an oil company I'm not really sure how many but I know he has about two in this city and many others.

  "How about you, how was school today?" Dad asked

  "Well it was okay."

  "You sure?"

  "Yeah." I said and Alec scoffed.

  "Alec dear, what's the problem?" Mom asked with so much concern.

  "He caught Melissa and Ken in bed today doing what only adults do best." Mom looks like she wants to throw up, dad looks like he's about to choke while Alec look like he's about to strangle someone- oh yeah that someone is me.

  "What, why are you all staring at me like that?"

  "Its the way you said it."

  "And how did I say it?"

  Mom shook her head. "With no care at all."

  "That's because she doesn't" Alec said with a frown.

  "Alec you know I care, I'm just pissed that you never realised how shameless and idiotic Melissa was."

  "Abby listen I don't care if she hurt me but you have no right to speak of her in that manner."

  "Whatever." I said while standing up to leave. I honestly do not want to argue with my brother. I walk to my room not even bothering to say goodnight to anyone.

  Honestly I'm not a morning person, I hate waking up so early. Ugh! I feel like pulling my hair out. This is so frustrating I just want to sleep is that to much to ask. I loathe school so much. Ugh! Who the fuck is the idiot that invented school? I got to the bathroom, took a quick shower and did all the necessary things(brushing my teeth and all)
