"Kuch dhoondh rhi ho??''

She turned around to see the owner of the voice.

Neil stood there flashing his most charming smile.He was calm and collected.

Avni immediately wiped the tears that had rolled down her cheeks on seeing him.

''Neil...tum yahan?'' she said with a broken voice.

''Shhh.Aaj sirf main bolunga aur tum sunogi''

He moved closer to her and held her hands in his.

''Pata hai Avni aaj jab mujhe pata chala ki tum kahin chali gayi ho, toh main bahut darr gaya tha.Mujhe laga maine tumhe hamesa ke liye kho diya.My whole world just came crashing down.Phir maine bahut socha, tumhari tarah socha tab mujhe samajh aaya ki tum yahin milogi...jahan tumhe koi na dhoonde.Airports are not your thing.You won't go back home cause you knew I would find you there.And you won't hide in the city ...you knew I won't stop looking for you.So this was the one place left.

Pata hai abhi main itna calm kaise hoon? Kyunki... I'm so sure about this... never been this sure about anything before. I know I'm doing the right thing...listening to my heart.

I even told Richa everything.She deserved to know.Don't worry I haven't  told her about your feelings for me yet.Kaise batata jab mujhe khud hi pata.Ek ehsaas toh hai par jab tak tum khud nai batati...how will I know if I'm right.Anyways we called off the engagement''

''Kyun??!!!!! Its so not fair to her'' Avni was shocked on hearing the news. She blamed herself for all this.

" I destroyed her life ,her future .Why did you do it?? Why??"tears made their way out of her eyes yet again.

''Kyunki main usse pyaar nai karta.It would have been unfair to her if I had gone ahead with the engagement in spite of having known this.''

He took a long pause,then looked straight into her tear filled eyes.Holding her shoulders in a firm hold, he took a long breath before he could speak again.

''Avni main tumse pyaar karta hoon.My heart is where you are.It beats only for you.Phir kaise main kisi aur se shaadi kar loon? Agar tum mujhe mana kar dogi na...tab bhi main hamesa tumse hi pyaar karunga.Kabhi kisi aur se shaadi nai karunga.Don't even for a moment think that you spoiled her life.You didn't.I don't love her.Marrying her would have spoiled her life... because I can never love anyone other than you.You didn't break any relationship... because there was no relationship to start with "
