Bright, it's always bright when you first get out, after sitting in a plane for five hours your eyes start to burn at sunlight, which made it even harder for Chloe to see her friend at 6 o'clock in the morning.
"Chloe! There you are! I thought you were going to make me stay in this hell hole forever." As a wise man once said, the smartest people are also the silliest. "Hi Michael, how are you?"
"Well I'm seeing my high school bestie so I'm getting that nostalgic kick we all know and love." Michael was always a funny fellow, in looks; a spectacles wearing, denim covered giant, in reality; an intelligent 5 year old who will tantrum if starbucks is closed. The two walk along, Michael droning on about how nothing is like the good old days, nothing is ever as good as it used to be, so are we always wishing it was the past? So was there knights wishing they were cavemen? And cavemen wishing they were monkeys? Who knows? Probably the monkeys. As the rickety suitcase bumps around as it's dragged behind like a kid having a tantrum. "So where are the others?" Chloe asks blankly
"hmm? Oh well Gregg and Zachy still live back home, and Ashley is off in California, so she won't be here for a while, but other than that everythings under control"
"Makes sense, how are the super gays?"
"You'll have to ask Zachy and Gregg yourself"
As the smell of coffee shops and toblerones leave their noses they are greeted with the smell of, gas, industrialism and axe body spray, they approach a rusty RV and get in the front, driving along the highway "welcome to Pattenbourgh" Michael grumbles
Chloe looks out her window, seeing the faded road sign, "where dreams come to fade"
