####: Is it too personal for you?
Smile: Kinda. Sorry about this Doctor, I just don't want remember.
####: Well let's ask a different question. Why are you smiling?
Smile: Because, I just want to smile.
####: Is there a reason?
Smile: Nope.
####: Patient Smile, no one is happy for no reason. I'll tell you something, everytime the staff goes inside or walks right past you, they smile. And it makes their job easier, meaning we can help you faster!

Smile: Okay.
Patient Smile had the same reaction and same expression everytime. But then he had a different reaction when I told him about our staff personel. I thought he was sad even though he is smiling.
