4. Leaving Home

Previously on Lucy's Wrath,

My emblem disappears with a shimmer. The blood from the wound drip to the floor. I ignore that as I free Lisanna from her cage. I wipe my tears away and look at the guild with my hatred-filled eyes and said the words that will haunt them for the rest of their lives.

"Goodbye Fairytail"

Present time,

I turned on my heel and headed to the door with Lisanna running after me. Before I could take one step out, Lisanna hugged me from behind. I looked back at her and tried to locate her guild mark, but it was nowhere to be found.

"Lis~chan, where is your guild mark?" I asked her as the guild watched us. A series of collective gasps surrounded us.

"Isn't it obvious? I'm coming with you" she whispered. Natsu grabbed her arm and pulled her away from me.

"No way Lis! There is no chance you are going with a weakling like her." He exclaimed loudly. Lisanna looked like she was about to explode.

"Take-Over! Cat form!" She screamed angrily. She jumped away from Natsu and scratched him in his 'Beautiful Face'. Actually, his ugly face. Natsu was taken aback by Lisanna and stumbled on his feet. Wendy and Happy steadied him as he looked at Lisanna in surprise.

"L-Lis, I-" He stuttered but Lisanna snapped at him.

"That's Lissana to you Dragneel. Also, you should look at your face. That's your pride, right? Well, sorry (not) but it's now ugly." she spat. I looked over at her with pride swelling in my eyes. I was so proud that I was friends with her. She walked over to me.

"Let's go," she stated, dragging me to the doors. I looked back at the guild with malicious eyes. We exited the guild together, chuckling after we heard the deafening silence surrounding the guild. After a few minutes, we reached my apartment. I looked at Lisanna.

"Don't you have to pack too?" I asked her with my head tilted like a dog. Lisanna chuckled at my posture and silently shook her head no.

"I knew this day was coming, so I had packed before-hand" she stated proudly, puffing out her chest. I laughed, glad someone was still there for me. We walked up the stairs and into the hallway, still giggling about what Lisanna did. When we reached the door, I fished out my keys from my bloody clothing. I had just noticed that now my favorite clothes were ruined. I sighed and unlocked my door. Lisanna took a step into my place and took a seat on the couch. I threw my keys onto my dining table and took a step into my room. I looked back at Lisanna.

"I'm going to go change, my clothes are all bloody" I stated. Lisanna glanced up at me and nodded with a warm smile. I smiled back and walked into my room, closing the door after me.

I started stripping off my top and skirt, leaving me in my blood-stained bra and panty. The cold air hit my skin, but this time I didn't shiver. I didn't bother taking a bath, because magically no blood came onto my skin. I stripped from my underwear and put on some black lace ones. Over that, I put on a white sleeveless hoodie and white short-shorts. I put a blue belt in the two connecting fabric to make it look like it's one piece. I then put on some thigh-high stockings that came with clips so you could attach it to your shorts. Once the stockings were high enough, I clipped the stockings to the shorts. The last thing I put on is some blue arm warmers. After I had put on my things, I started to gather things for Lisanna.

I scanned through my closet to find something to match Lisanna. After a few minutes, I had settled on a long-sleeved dress that ends near the thighs. It has red outlines and a fabric flower on the right-hand side of the dress. I had figured it would look nice on Lisanna, so I walked outside of my room and gave the clothes to Lisanna. I told her she could go inside and change. She nodded and headed to my room to change. I guess I'll start packing I thought. I summoned Virgo and she finished packing in a few minutes. When she was done, Lisanna came out of the room looking like a fashion model. I smiled warmly at her, stood up and walked over to the door, motioning her to follow.

"Virgo? Could you put Lisanna and I's luggage in the spirit world?" I asked Virgo.

"Of course mistress" Virgo stated in her monotone voice and the luggage disappeared with a pop. Virgo replied to me with her signature 'punishment', and I replied with my usual 'no'. She nodded firmly and disappeared. I sighed. I know Virgo always asks for punishment, and it's getting annoying. I pulled up my white hood and nodded at Lisanna.

We slipped on our high-heels and headed out to the train station, where we will go on the adventure of a lifetime.
