phil
phil lester!
what could go wrong for this boy?
his family loved him, he loved himself!
he was happy, very content with life.
he had friends at school, in fact, he enjoyed school, learning, spending quality time with his friends.

but,
he had to leave it behind.
he didn't want to, but he had to.

-

it was a typical day,
school was alright, my friends and i had many laughs, i finally finished my sketch in art, the maths lesson was challenging,
yes, today was typical.

but when i got home something wasn't right.

my step mum and my father were both in the kitchen, pacing. they were arguing about something, i didn't know why or what about.

so i slipped up to my bedroom, pushed open the door and sighed. what can be going on, i though to myself.

-

my brothers got home from primary, surprised that step mum and father were both there to greet them.
"we're going to have a family meeting," my father said. "after dinner, we have something important to tell you kids."

after dinner (which seemed to drag on forever), we cleared the table and we all went to the living room, wondering what it was that was happening.

i and my brothers, josh and jake, sat down on the couch, i was next to them so whatever happened they could feel okay with it.

"your father got a job offer." my step mum said, looking at us, wondering what we though about it.

"okay, so what does that mean?" i asked her, not quite understanding what she meant. i patted my brother on the shoulder.

"a job offer far away. he's gong to take it. it pays much better then his current one."

"so, what does that have go do with us?" josh asked, clearly wondering what she was on about.
he didn't understand.
but i did.

"she means we're moving, buddy. off on a new adventure! doesn't that sound like fun?" i said, pulling my now emotionless face into a happy grin, for them.

i could see my father eyeing me and my step mum, breathing a sigh of relief. they were glad i could try and explain it to them.

"well i don't know, i kinda like it here," josh said, uncertain.

"don't worry about it little man. i promise it will be awesome." i calmed, my answer seemingly putting them both on less of an edge.

"daddy, where are we going?" jake asked, excitedly.

"london, we're going to london."

[A/N] hey all! just to be clear, london is where dan lives. i realize i never said that in the last chapters.
