(Y/n) groaned as he woke up in the middle of a grassy field. He was still in his dragon form and the kids were nowhere to be found.
(Y/n): Did it work?
He said as he got up and started to sniff the air. He discovered that there is a small town very close so he quickly transformed into his human form.
He looked at his hand and lit it on fire.
(Y/n): Alright, my magic still works. Looks like it worked.
He put the fire put and started to walk towards the town.
When he got to it, he didn't see anything special, it looked like a normal town.
(Y/n): Excuse me, miss. Can you tell me what year it is?
Woman: Oh, sure. It July x774.
His eyes widened.
(Y/n): The Gate threw me out three years too early!
He thought, panicking.
Woman: Are you ok?
(Y/n): Y-yes, I'm alright. Thank you, miss.
He turned and basically ran out of the town.
(Y/n): The others are probably not in this time yet. Still, if I got thrown out this soon, maybe some of them did too. I have to make sure. I'll just look around the continent, we are bound to run into each other at some point.

He was flying over the ocean. Really, this was the only place he could stretch his wing without any humans seeing him.
But something was wrong.
He caught a scent of death.
Being who he is, he followed the scent to its source, finding a strange looking tower.

It made his blood boil. It was then he remembered something.
The tower is being built for a reason.

He shook his head. That wasn't important right now, he had to save the people.
He dived down, aiming for the bottom of the tower.
