Yina's POV
I wake up to the bright source of light and to the sound of two people talking. "Will she be okay?" perhaps that was Taeyong. "Yes she will be" well thank goodness. "But..." the doctor continues "It'll be hard, she has anemia and we've seen that her heart beat is abnormal...and it's not simply anemia..."
At this point I didn't even dare to listen as I covered my head under the pillow pressing it down as hard as I could so I can't hear anything. After some time I slowly get away with the pillow and I could hear their conversation ending. I immediately put myself in a sleeping position pretending that I didn't hear anything or woke up at all. "You'll be okay...don't worry"
I hope so
With all that fake sleep I then "woke up" "Yina...you're awake now..." I smiled at him "I don't know what to say or at least how to say it but-" but then I cut him off by placing my hand over his. I didn't wanna hear it.
Anemia or whatever that is I don't want it.
So I smiled "Don't tell me..." he gives me a questionning look. I chuckled. "If you do tell me I would feel worse and actually feel like a patient. I feel realllly tired right now and I probably look pale...trust me I know what's going on" I assured him.
"Don't worry about me. I promise you I'll rest and be healthy"
Taeyong's POV
I just felt like crying but I don't want to she needs a shoulder to cry on more than I do and I'm willing to have that shoulder she can cry on "Promise is a promise okay?" she nods. "I'll tell your mom about this, what's her number?" but then she says "I'll tell her about this... Once I get better, haha I don't want her to worry"
If that's what she wants I'll respect her.
"Also Yina...quit your job" before she could cut me off I told her "Please I know how hard it is but even just for the meantime just until you get better. I will always help you it's not even about the pride anymore...it's about making sure you're okay" she just nods "I don't mind taking care of you-"
"AHAHAHAHAHA you don't have to! Well...just treat me my meals and I'll be fine don't worry I can eat anything! And soon when I'll be better I will repay youuu." she then continues "...when you sound like that I pitty myself..it feels like something will happen"
I'm sorry.
The doctor said that she could leave the hospital after 2 days of pulse monitoring and major treatments. She won't be a hundred percent okay but she'll be in the future. I'm sure.
