Lights

A poem about lights and stars alike....

━━━━━━━●●● ━━━━━━━

Lights flicker and flash, but they also shine with untold mysterys of different types, like stars they are constant never not shinning in some way. Red like blood, green like the grass that grow atop of our heads, blue like the never ending sky's of the deep ocean, orange like the fruit you pick of a fresh tree, pink like the sky after a painter takes a brush to the it.

Yellow like the glow of a sunflower sitting in the field's watching and growing with the wisdom of the warmth, brown a ancient feeling like when you walk into a castle you see the brown stair case that spirals and twists as you walk up and into the old library with books that never end, words that speak different languages of different stories. As your hand touchs the books with delicate care as if it would turn into dust at your fingertips. Lights just never go out.
