So Ryan and Vinny's relationship is not- I repeat IS NOT- pedophilia.

Vinny is a fae; so, in this book faes age twice as slow as humans and other creatures. So, example: 20 year old human,or other creatures, means a 10 y/o fae.

Ryan is a 80 seasoned gargoyle.

Mers, witches/warlocks, gargoyles, vampires, shifters, demons, and spirts all are on the same aging scale: seasons-only if they were born as the creatures. If they were changed than it's only 50 years slower than humans.

So, a 15 year old Kyle is a 64 seasons Ricky and a 80 seasons Ryan.
