Alana walked downstairs with her headphones on, listening to her music, carrying two bags behind her.

"Go put them in the car!" Her mother called from the kitchen, who was packing up some pots and pans. Alana hated the idea that the two had to move from one of the most amazing places ( in Alana's eyes ) in the world. She hadn't spoken to her mother for two days, and continued the silence. She didn't say anything as she walked out the door and over to their Ford Explorer that was packed to the brim in boxes and totes. Alana shoved her two bags in the back seat and sat in the front, closing the door with a slam. She put her head back, closing her eyes, listening to her music. She jerked up to her phone ringing. Her friend, Justin, who she'd liked since Kindergarten. She quickly answered, bringing an instant smile to her face,

"Hey Loni."

"Jus! Hi!" Alana couldn't help but get excited to talk to him.

"So, you're leaving now, huh?"

"Oh.. Uh.. Yeah.."

He just had to bring it up.

"Hey, do you think you could come to my house for a second? I have something to tell you.. And.. I want to do it in person."

Ooooo, what could he possibly have to say?

"Sure. I'll be over in a second." She said, hanging up the phone and jumping out of the car and walking to Justin's house. Justin was a tall, black haired boy with very beautiful green eyes. Every time she saw him she could just feel her heart skip.

Soon, she reached his house and jumped the fence, hearing him outback.

"Hey, beautiful."

Justin would always call Alana beautiful, though she didn't think much of it. Alana couldn't hide the blush the warmed her cheeks, so she just smiled to the ground.

"What did you need to tell me?"

The boy jumped up from the swing he was sitting on, and walked over to her.

"This is supposed to be a secret but I can't keep it from you."

He looked around, smiling, leaning in to her ear and whispering, "I'm coming to Idaho with you."

Alana lit up, a wide smile on her face, "Really! How did you manage to talk my mom into that?"

"Well, she actually doesn't know. I'm moving down there with my grandparents. We will keep it a surprise.."

Alana giggled, pushing her brown curls from her face, "That's amazing.. I was scared to leave you.. Idaho is going to be a bit harder to make friends.." She explained.

"Well now, we don't have to worry about that."

Alana rode shotgun with her mother, and Justin in the back with all the junk. He sat up, tapping Alana's shoulder with a smirk, "On the road again.-"

"Justin please no.."

"I can't wait to get on the road again."

"Justin!"

"I forget all the rest of the lyriccccssss! I can't wait to get on the ROOOOAAAAADDDDD!"

"Wow, Justin.. Only you.. Only you."
