The Untold Love Affairs of Calhoun

Chp. 1

2021. The year that three girls discovered the meaning of life... It sucks. Rose discovered it when her long distance relationship turned cold because the boy was a cheating bastered.  Veronica discovered it when her boyfriend left her for a skinny slut because she wanted to wait to do "it" till after marriage.  Nicole discovered it when her guy best friend disappeares with out a trace. And it was all because of love.

The girls had just finished their freshman year of college and were living in a condo on the south side of Calhoun. V (Veronica)  walks through the door with a starbuck bag and a tray full of cups. She mutters to her self something about being paid and looks up to where Rose and Nicole are standing staring at her. "What's your deal" Rose asks. "Nothing" V mutters.  "Ya right" Nicole replys.  V giggles and sets her load on the counter. "So" Nicole starts "how was the hot server at Starbucks today?" "He was great actually however he asked me a very interesting question." V anwsers. Rose and Nicole walk up to the kitchen counter to devise the goodys V brought. "Oh really" Rose says "does this question concern whether you are single or not?" V smiles and says "Oh yes but not if I'm single but if Rose is". Rose stops and looks as if she's seen a ghost. Nicole laughs and pats Rose on the head and teases "Someone's got a crush" "Shut up Nicole" Rose says as she shoves Nicole.  "And" V continues "he asked if you were free tonight and I said  yes you were and soo now you have a date tonight and we"she points to herself and Nicole "are gonna get you all dolled up for the big night! " V laughs and Roses face was as red as a beet. Nicole nods "well we'd better get started. Shall we?" "We shall" V says and waves her arm to Rose and ushers her to the bedroom to behind the make over. Tonight Rose would rock his world.
