I walked to the front door of our new house. The air was cold and crisp, and the grass was stiff and crunched under my shoes. "What a drive!! Finally we are here... I'm hungry." I said smiling jumping up the steps, making sure to hold onto my wolf hat. "You can eat after you have unpacked the things to you room, Sam. Christy go help you sister." My mom waved us off as she unloaded boxes of of the truck. I grabbed three small boxes, while Christy grabbed two.
>Later That day<
My wolf posters were up on my wall, and my pirate posters above my bed. My room was complete! Ok, ok, so I am totally obsessed with pirates and wolves... But don't get me wrong, I don't want to do any scary rituals or anything to be a werewolf... "Christy!! Want to play a game of pirates?" I asked spinning around the corner.
"Not right now, Chibi needs a nap, you know how cranky he gets!" She said cradling her teddy bear. "Ok..." I sighed. 'I guess I'll just explore the woods around our house...' I thought to myself, putting my coat and boats on, and my wolf hat.
Running outside I stomped through the thick snow with a crunch... I know I am very immature for a 16 year old... Well almost 16 year old. Gathering a snowball I threw it into the woods for no particular reason. I heard a yelp, my eyes widened. Uh oh. I ran into the range of my ice ball and saw a large white wolf pawing as it's eye. "Holy mother of shoes... It's a.. A... wolf?" I whispered under my breath.
The wolf's ears perked up and it stared at me with honey eyes. I about fainted at the sight of my favorite animal. "I am so sorry! Did I hit you in the eye? Want me to help?" I asked, not excepting it to respond. The wolf titled it's head and let out an annoyed sound and motioned to it's snow covered eye. "Wait... You do want me to help?" I asked, he could understand me? How?
I carefully made my way towards the wolf and hesitantly put my hand out, the wolf, probably impatient with me, shoved it's head into my hand, I wiped off the snow and warmed the ice up. His eye look better, "Your welcome... Can I pet you please?" I asked out of the blue, the wolf simply rolled his eyes and stood still. I scratched behind his ear, I got a pleased reaction from him.
"Sam!!" my mom yelled from the house.
"Bye mister wolf!" I waved goodbye at the large white wolf and ran back to my house. "Sam, what were you doing?" My mom looked at me suspiciously. "Just playin' with a wolf." I smiled and she chuckled and shook her head. "You and your wolves." She smiled and gently pushed me back inside.
