LILI'S POV
The next day I was very tired for walking all night. But all I could think about was him. Cole. He was the most handsome guy ever. I don't understand how he can be so handsome and single. Maybe I should call him or text him. No. I can't it's too early I'll seem desperate.
30 mins later
Well I've gotten ready for the day. I've decided to text him a simple hi.
Lili: Hi Cole.
Cole: Hey Lili.
Well he answered. What should I text next? Oh! What do normal friends do? Lunch!
Lili: Do you wanna go out for lunch?
Cole: Sure.
Cole: Where do you wanna go?
Lili: How about Urth Cafe
Cole: Ok, perfect.
Cole: I'll pick you up at 12:00 pm.
Lili: Ok.
COLE'S POV
I'm so excited for meeting up with Lili. I really like her she is so beautiful I think I'm like in love. I know we haven't known each other for a long time, but she and I really opened up to each other yesterday. She talked to me all about her family and her journey through depression and anxiety. I talked to her about how when you are a child star you always need to be this perfect kid. Never do anything bad or wrong like all the other children and teenagers. And how my brother and I dealt with that pressure on our shoulders every single day. And i really like her. Like a lot.
20 mins later 11:00 am
One more hour until the date. Well not really. More like just going out as friends. Maybe someday I'll admit my feelings but definitely not at lunch. I got ready and put an everyday outfit but a really good smelling cologne. Just for her. And I looked at my phone and now it's 11:40 am. I got in the car and made my way to her house.
LILY'S POV
I was ready and waiting in the living room scrolling through my instagram and i heard the doorbell. It was him. I opened the door. "Hi Cole!" "Hi Lili!"
On the way to the car we put some music on the radio. I was kind of nervous. "So how's your day been going, Lili?" "I'm doing well. How bout you, Cole?" "I'm doing good." It was kind of awkward. We finally arrived. We ordered food and talked. It was comfortable. And we talked to each other as if we've known each other for 20 years.
