As I opened the door to Nolan's house I instantly heard sniffles come from the living room.
I quickly shut the door behind me and hurried int the living room where I saw him, laid on the couch with red cheeks, messy hair and tears rolling down his cheeks.
"Nolan, baby? Are you alright?"
As soon as my voice hit his ears his head shot up. He looked at me for a silos miniute before he shook his head and turned back to looking at his hands.
I slowly walked towards the couch and crouched down beside the boys head. My hands quickly coming up to his blond strands.
"You going to tell me what's wrong baby?"
My voice came out just above a whisper as I scanned his face for any emotion apart from sadness and anxiety.
"You don't need me Y|N. You deserve so much better than me, I'm such a mess."
I felt my heart drop when his voice broke when speaking. He really was a mess right now and I couldn't stand it.
My mind instantly went places, was I not good enough for him, but then that couldn't be true cause he always told me that I was too good for him, or was he just feeling insecure again?
"Nolan, look at me."
He didn't listen.
"Nolan! Baby look at me. Please"
My voice rose slightly as I grabbed Nolan's hand. When he finally did look up at me, my eyes watered as I saw how distressed he actually was.
" Baby, I don't want better, I want you. I only want you, I want everything you have to offer me, all your quirks. Your blushing cheeks everytime I complement you, your messy morning hair. I want you okay"
Tears slipped down both of our faces as I spoke, me because I didn't understand why I wouldn't want him and him because he realised how much I actually loved him.
"I love you, okay? Even if my brother doesn't really like you."
A small smile soon appeared on the boys face after I kissed his cheek and wiped the tears off his cheeks.
He slipped onto the floor beside me and wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me onto his lap.
"I love you too Y|N"
"I love you so much"
