Brad: (not famous)
---------------------------

You enter the lift, just about managing to hold your coffee cup, phone, folders and camera all at once. Turning around and slightly losing grip of your items, you attempt to push the button with your elbow. However, as the doors begin to close a young man quickly rushes in - knocking your coffee to the floor as he does.
"Oh God, I'm so sorry...!" he frantically blurts. "I didn't mean to, I'll get you another-"
"It's fine." You cut him off with a sweet smile. "Doesn't really matter, I wasn't even that desperate for it anyway."
"Are you sure?" he worriedly asks, trying to soak up a bit of the mess with a tissue as the lift starts to move towards your floor.
"Yes!" you chuckle, trying to keep a blush from overtaking your cheeks. You can't help but admire his adorable face: he looks like a teenager with his flawless skin, chocolate brown locks and shining eyes, but for him to be at your workplace he must be an adult.
You step out of the lift, and he follows you out.
"I'm Brad, by the way." He quickly throws the soggy tissue into a bin and walks back over.
"Well, Brad, it's lovely to meet you..."
And that's where a beautiful relationship started.

Tris: (famous, but not as big)
-----------------------------------------

Giggling with your friends, you rush out of the rollercoaster's exit queue and throw yourself onto a bench outside.
"That... was.... AMAZING!" you exclaim, laughing in-between the words. "I really need the toilet. Can you guys wait for me here, please?"
Your friends agree and off you dash. As you're about to enter the toilet area, someone calmly walks out of the men's toilets.... and you speed straight into them before you're aware of what's happening.
"I'm so sorry, oh my God," you pant, about to run off when the guy puts a hand on your shoulder.
"Hey, don't worry." he laughs in a friendly way, and then it settles in; you recognise who it is.
"Oh... Tristan?" you stammer out. Not only had you crashed into a ruggedly handsome young man, but a ruggedly handsome young man by the name of Tristan Evans, a member of one of your favourite bands on YouTube - The Vamps.
"I guess you watch our covers," he smiles. You feel a strong blush creeping into your cheeks. The perfect way to meet your idol, right? Nearly send him flying. Although he probably wouldn't have, because his wet t-shirt, clinging to his chest, shows he's definitely not unfit.
"Yeah, I do. They're really good," you shyly reply.
"Aw, thank you! Hey. Why don't you give me your Twitter, if you have it? I'll follow you and send you a DM on there..."

James: (not famous, university AU)
------------------------------------------------

First day of university.
Nobody's broken out into song yet, or started dancing.
There are just some couples enjoying their "alone time" a little too much, some groups scattered across the grounds and a good deal of people sitting on the grass with their laptops and headphones.
Oh.
You sigh, and begin to pull your luggage towards the building. Quite honestly, you don't have much hope in university. The media course you're going to take is yet to prove itself and you know nobody there.
"Here's to nothing for another few years..." you mutter under your breath as you stroll forwards, observing the not-particularly-interesting ongoings around you.
Then, you remember you're supposed to find your guide. You look to the sheet you were given, and see you are supposed to find a young lad called James McVey, presumably a year or two older than you. It says to meet him by the reception.
So, off you go, not really having much faith in this James guy either. Maybe you just woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
After about 15 minutes of waiting, you get bored: not to mention a little annoyed. Where the hell was this dude? He definitely had cheek if he was willing to stand you up on your first day.
Just as you've decided to leave, a young man comes running up to you. He grabs your shoulders and checks the name on the sheet you're holding.
"Oh, finally, it's you! You're the girl I'm guiding. I've been looking for ages now."
You briefly glance around and notice that the reception isn't actually that busy.
"You said to meet you here. Could you not have found me a little more quickly? There's not many girls to choose from here." you answer smoothly, putting on a straight face. You inwardly chuckle as you see him awkwardly adjust his t-shirt.
"Well... Um..."
"Don't worry, I'm only messing with you." You smile, and are relieved to see him widely grin back. Even if he's disorganised, he seems friendly enough.
"So, I'll show you around, yeah?"
Your feelings for James grew quite rapidly from then on, you could say.

Connor (famous, again not too big)
PS: THIS SIGNING DID NOT ACTUALLY HAPPEN. IT IS MADE UP FOR THE PREFERENCE.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Not once in your working career at HMV have you witnessed a signing occur, let alone help out. As a new band, The Vamps, released their first proper single - called Can We Dance - today, one of the members is coming to sign the first copies to be sold, and meet some fans.
Since they aren't the biggest of groups yet, it's not too hectic. You're relieved to not see thousands of makeup-clad, half-naked desperate teenage girls crushing each other: it seems a bit more civilised.
You are also excited, though. Because you actually quite like The Vamps, and you'll obviously get to meet Connor, who is coming today on behalf of them.
Time moves on quite quickly, and suddenly you hear roars of excitement coming from the girls outside. You now know Connor must have arrived.
Speeding round the store to the back entrance, you open up the doors, ready for Connor.
He smiles broadly and waves to some fans, yelling enthusiastic "HI"s and "HEY"s as he makes his way over to you.
"Hi there, Connor!" you shake his hand. "Is that too formal? Shaking hands?" He chuckles.
"Whatever floats your boat, babe."
Babe.
The pet name makes your heart flutter.
"Oh, well. Come in and we'll show you to the desk." You lead your small group of colleagues and Connor to the signing desk, withholding the urge to say something back. You really like this Connor guy, but he will probably have forgotten you by tomorrow, so there's no point.
"The fans will come in from the door to your left. You can say hi, sign their stuff and maybe chat for a little bit. I mean, you're not supposed to, but there aren't that many people and I guess it's your choice. I think they'd appreciate it too," you instruct him in a friendly manner.
"God, you're the most thoughtful member of staff I've met so far at signings. The fans would love you." he compliments you.
"In what way?" you say, smiling.
"You know, if you were my girlfriend or something. They'd love you."
