Chapter 14

~Morning~

Yn's POV

I woke up to an empty bed. Where the hell was August. I checked my phone and he didn't answer but read it. So I know he's okay.

I got off the bed and threw on some sweatpants and left my blue tank top on. I put my hair in a messy bun and headed downstairs.

My stomach growled so I made breakfast. I made grits, waffles, bacon, and eggs. 20 minutes later the food was done so I made August a plate and put it up and then made my plate.

I went to the living room and watched more Spongebob. Ma nigga.

I thought back when I found that note. What did that mean? Of course he went to Essence's house. I shook the thought off and finished my food.

~1 hour later~
August's POV

I made it home. I regret what I did last night, but then I don't. It's hard man.

I got out the car and walked in the house. Yn was sleep on the couch sleep. Her mouth was wide opened and her right arm and leg were hanging off the edge of the couch. She looked cute.

'Ma?'

She snorted, 'Huh oh hey baby.'

I laughed, 'looks like you're sleep was good yea?'

'Hell yea! I was with this sexy ass nigga named Raphael.'

'Oh word? I see how it is now.' I got up.

'No baby I was joking, you a softie.'

'Im just joking bae.'

'I knew that..' She trailed off

Obviously she didn't.

Yn's POV

This was now my time to show August that note. I mean, I do believe he was at Essence's house, but that note gave me some doubts.

I got up and grabbed it from the drawer.

'Look what I found.'

He grabbed it and looked confused.

'The hell?'

'That's what I said, like the fuck.'

'Might be Asia crazy ass you know.'

'True, anyways why did you come home so late?'

August's POV

"I cheated on you with Asia." Man it ain't that easy. I wish I could say it, but it'll break her heart. I don't know I'll tell her when it's right, and I know it just ain't the time. 'Well, honestly it turns out Asia was there, but then she already left, so then Essence had her boyfriend there and she wanted to tell him she was breaking up with him while I was there.' 'Why?' 'So things wouldn't get out of hand.'

'Oh, makes sense.'

Yn's POV

That was nice of August, as long as that bitch Asia wasn't there. I should text Essence and ask her if she's ok. 'That was nice.' He nodded and pecked my lips.

'Awww shit you cooked breakfast?'

'Yup, scarfed that shit down.'

'Ain't save me none?'

'Naw.'

He frowned.

'You know how much I love your cooking.'

'Im just joking Aug, it's in the microwave.'

'Oh, Yn don't be doing that shit.' He joked.

'Yea yea.'

He took his plate and went back into the living room.

'Damn this is good Yn.'

'Got that from my mama.'

He chuckled.

After we ate, we watched Spongebob together.

That note shit stayed on my mind, like who the fuck does that?

Will Yn ever find out?

Will August tell her?

Will Asia open her mouth and make some big fight?
