Oops getting side tracked Anyway story begins

No one's POV
ALL you can hear are groans of pain. Crying of babies. And yelling doctors.
"You can do it Kushina, only one more!" The fourth hokage yelled trying to at least encourage his wife who is screening in extreem agony. But the only thing the fourth can do is say encouraging things from a far not being able to come any closer.
The room was now filled with 4 crying babies and 2 smiling doctors, a teary father, and a crying mother.
"You did it." Minato said in a quiet voice. He wiped his eyes with his arm. "I'm a father now. Of 4 beautiful souls." The fourth said with excitement in his voice.
"Naruto, Menma, Mito, Mina." Minato said trying to touch the babies as the lady and the man walked by with 2 babies each, but the lady carrying the babies move aside not allowing the father to the the babies and said.
"No touching! The first face they should see is the mother's." The lady kept walking with the young man walikng close by moving aside as the hokage tried to touch them. They walked leaving a pouting hokage.
"Naruto, Menma, Mito, Mina," Kushina said as the doctors showed her the crying babies."It's nice to meet you." She finished.
Minato came and holds Kushina's hand. He smiles warmly. "Arigatō."(Thank you) he said. "Minato." She response.
Than Minato aburtly turns his head to the direction he heard bodies fall.
"Biwako-sama! Taji!" (Names of the doctors) He yelled seeing who those bodies were.
"Fourth hokage, Minato," Minato looked at the masked man who had his 4 babies in his hands. "Step away from the jinchuuriki." He ended.
