Teams and Classes

Ruby hisses as a massive feather just barely misses her leg. Looking towards her teammates, she finds all of them to be breathing heavily, unlike herself.

Quickly forming a plan she glances at Weiss and Blake. "Weiss! Do you have a semblance to help launch us into the air?"

Weiss grins. "Of course! I'm a Schnee!"

Ruby veers towards Yang and leaps on her back. "Blake!" Blake tosses her weapon towards the two, Yang snatching it.

Weiss forms some strange glyph under the duo that acts as a launching pad.

Blake tugs on the ribbon and launches Yang and Ruby into the sky.

Yang frowns as they begin to fall short. Ruby grins as she pats Yang's back. "Thanks for the lift! Catch her Weiss!" Ruby stands on Yang and leaps into the air powerfully, sending Yang towards the ground.

Yang let's out a sigh as she is slowed by some strange glyph before being set on the ground.

Ruby lifts her goggles and stares into the Grimms eyes as she reaches eye level with it.

It lets out a challenging squawk before clamping it's beak over the young girl causing to the teenagers below to gasp in shock.

"Ruby!" Yang watched helplessly as the bird turns to fly off. Only to watch as the bird falters before beginning to fall. A loud boom echoes through the area and bits of the bird fall back to the earth, dissolving into rose petals.

In the midst is a red figure falling to the ground quickly.

Weiss casts another glyph and catches the girl midair before slowly lowering her to the ground.

Yang glances at the massive scythe in the Ruby's hand and whistles. "Damn that's huge."

Ruby smirks and fixes her adjusts her goggles before facing the humans. Swirling the scythe around her, it folds in on itself before it's placed back at her waist. "Thanks for the save Schnee."

Weiss grins. "No problem partner. I say we head back to the cliff."

The group of four trek through the forest, all grinning proudly at their accomplishment.

"Weiss Schnee. Blake Belladonna. Yang Xiong. And Ruby. The four of you make up team RWBY. Led under Ruby."

The newly formed team RWBY stands in their new dorm.

Yang collapses onto her chosen bed and groans. "I'm beat. Let's unpack tomorrow."

Weiss follows the blonde and collapses on her own bed. "That was exhausting. How are you still standing Ruby?"

Ruby pulls off her boots and smiles. "I had an abnormal upbringing. That was nothing compared to what I have faced so far." Rose mentally adds the fact that she could feed the entire time off the negative emotions.

Blake quietly grabs her clothes and disappears into the bathroom before remerging in her pyjamas. Choosing one of the last two beds, she shifts her stuff to sit at the foot and underneath it until tomorrow.

Weiss stands up and follows Blake's example of changing and moving her stuff, soon followed by Yang.

All the three of Ruby's teammates stare at the lone bag sitting on her bed. Ruby opens it and digs through it before pulling out an eyepatch before situating it over her eyes and lays down.

Blake frowns. "Ruby. Don't you have night clothes."

Ruby rests her head on her hands. "I did once. But they were too much to pack around. So all I have is a spare set of armor now."
