Hi everyone, thank you for taking some time to stop by and read my depressing rant

It's actually not really a rant, it's more of a question actually XD

How can I keep myself from selfharming?

I've been feeling really down since the start of December, I've been quite depressed and despite going to therapy, it's getting worse and I don't know what to do or how to stop from selfharming
