The eruption

Grumbling shook the ground beneath, awakening the carnivore's. Blue to be the first one that pounced up - muzzle in the air as she sniffed the area. The raptor to make sharp flinches; her head to crane in a attempt to overlook the sights.

Whilst Indy slowly awakened, shifting herself to rest upon all of her limbs, a grumpy yawn to leave her. Blue's chirping was giving her a headache. The hybrid let out a annoyed snarl, Blue returned with a harsh growl - she wasn't going to be silenced. Besides something was wrong.

Considering that the Velociraptor had smelt... smoke? Her scales her warm - warmer than usually. Something was burning, and noises of slushing liquid, thick at that; it corrected her belief's.

The smaller female left the cave, her head to tilt, a surprised chirp to escape her throat at the sight of lava. The volcano had erupted. Blue never thought much of it, she suspected that it was just some sort of mountain. She guesses that she was wrong.

Blue let out a soft screech to alert the Indominus Rex, the hybrid to comply as she stomped herself from out of the cave, her hues to to gaze at the volcano. The hybrid had never encountered such, but she knew this was dangerous. Considering the destruction it had already caused to the greenery around the predators.

They had to leave. This place was perfect, but it's not worth risking two lives over. They're sure that there is plenty of caves such at this. The only problem is Blue - she's severely wounded. That  Carnotaurus really did a number on her, it's teeth slashing at her flesh is a horrid memory.

Blue looked up at her pack member, sadness upon her hues. She knew she wasn't going to make it. Indy looked back. Everyone had assumed that the hybrid was a monster. A killing machine, just seeking blood, no remorse it her heart. The truth? That was completely wrong.

The carnivore was dysfunctional, yes. But she was improving. Mother nature was taking it's toll on her. Slowly she's getting there. So when she saw the weeping raptor, the hybrid showed sympathy. Her lack of social life was harsh for her, but when she was given a second chance; she couldn't turn it down.

She'll carry Blue if she had too. She's not letting her only friend, or possibly something more perish right in front of her. The Indominus let out a reassuring chatter, warning the smaller female. Blue perked with such emotions, happiness and relief. Followed by sorrow. She was just too grateful for such. Who new Indy could be so kind?

There's no time for soft talk, the danger is gaining in close. Indy responded with a loud huff, stating to Blue that it's time to go. The hybrid to lean her head down; allowing the smaller being to aboard her. Blue did, although with great struggle, seen by the limp in her leg, hissing at the slight pain whilst in the process.

The quill's and spikes upon Indy's form were helpful. Not only did it make her design look stunning - it helped Blue grip upon her figure with skill-full claws. Thankfully, Indy's thick hide protected her from the daggers, she felt little pain by them.

The hybrid steadied herself, followed by slowly getting up on all twos, before continuing on the opposite direction of the eruption. Meanwhile Blue rested upon the hybrid's back, comfy as ever. The Indominus Rex  only wishes for the others wounds to heal soon, she doesn't want to be the raptor's personal carrier.

Indy continued forth, for awhile in fact, it had already been past a hour. The two were sure that the lava wasn't a near. But they couldn't be too certain. Better to continue on instead of waiting for the boiling liquid to eat their flesh.

Although, Indy stopped in her tracks when the ground shook, once again. Yet she knew such scent, and it certainly wasn't the lava approaching near. It was Rexy. Confirmed by the iconic roar the old girl made as she made her way towards the two. The tyrant growling at the sight of the hybrid as she emerged from the distance. Indy to return the favour. Although Rexy perked at the familiar sound of a chirp. Blue - the T-Rex's hues to scan at the small female that stood tall upon the Indominus's head.

Rexy tilted her head with confusion. What on earth is she doing?

Rexy approached the duo, yet cautious of the hybrid. She didn't want to take her chance, she knew Indy was still a lethal creature, no matter how promising her trust may be. At least, thats what Rexy thinks.

Blue gave her friend a friendly chirp, the Tyrannosaurus Rex to attempt to communicate back, despite their differences. Not like Blue didn't exactly understand her sayings, but she could pick it up pretty well. Indy just bowed her head, she didn't want to be seen as threat, she wasn't in the mood for conflicts.

Rexy was too aware of the volcano, she was heading to safety until she had picked up the scent of another being. She just had to see that it was, the old girl was curious like that.

What an unlikely team; a Velociraptor, a T-Rex, and a killer hybrid dinosaur. Who knew that girls could get along so well? Given that the three was all walking to new nesting grounds. All of them chattering, and growling to each other. It was going to be a long day.

( Yeah, this part is rather bad, I'm sorry about that. I'm also sorry that I haven't written a chapter in awhile, I'm such a horrible person. I'll write the next one when Fallen Kingdom comes out, don't worry. If I don't, you're welcomed to slap me. As always, hopefully you all enjoyed. Love ya! )
