She's alive

Pain sweeping thought her body. Wet and exhausted, her wounds deep, bound to leave scars.
After that monster dragged her into the water — something that she dreaded. Thankful for her powerful legs, and her long arms, she was able to make it back to shore, barely clinging to life, and scrambling to her feet.

Choking up water — the Indominus Rex would struggle to walk; limping when she finally got up on her limbs. Blood tripping from her flesh, causing her to whimper in response. Indy did not seek food, nor kill — she was tired. She had to find shelter, so she could rest up.
After her defeat; she wouldn't look out for revenge. It was painful to admit, but she knew she had been defeated, although two on one was quite unfair. The carnivore would lay low, not drawing attention to herself, especially by Rexy. The female was capable of killing her - her injuries making her more vulnerable. Even that Velociraptor, Blue could damage her greatly.
Sure, she might be small compared to the Indominus Rex, but that made her even more difficult to shake off. In the fight; she was like a buzzing mosquito — an annoyance. Clawing and biting at her flesh, pouncing on her face. Blue could get into vulnerable areas, something that Rexy wasn't capable of considering her size and how noticeable she would be.

Wondering through the forest, the ground trembling before her movement, blood trails to follow behind the female. The atmosphere was moist, the ground soggy. The hybrid found a large cave; suitable for her size. Spinning around a few times — like a dog would do to get comfortable. Indy curled herself up in a ball as she laid down, huffing after she had did so. She would raise her head, body rested; her tongue rolling out of her jaws to clean at deep wounds. Indy cringed at the taste of her blood. Maybe this is why that swimming monster thing spat her out, she doesn't seem like the best appetiser.

After the clean of her injuries, she would finally rest her head. Eyelids closing, followed by the hybrid going into a deep sleep.
A few hours had passed, the Indominus had slept for a few calm hours, she needed it. Now awakening, her eyes heavy as she opened them, a large yawn followed by the female. Her body felt sore. Aching. No stinging was occurring, but this felt much worse. She was so weak, but thankfully her nap — she had gained a tiny bit of energy. Shifting her body to stretch; rump in the air, and head crouched. Like a dog bowing.

Now would be a good time to hunt for food. Despite her current weakness, the hybrid was still capable of catching prey. That it, if it was weaker, smaller, and perhaps sicker than her. Sniffing the air — she traveled out of her cave to venture towards food, stealthily stalking the bushes.

At least forty minutes would pass, her dark amber hues setting upon a meal — a baby Triceratops. She's guessing it's from the petting zoo, she had sense it's smell when she stomped into Main Street; battling Rexy and Blue. The memory made her angry, disappointed in herself. It was hard to believe a creature such as Indy was capable of getting over things easily due to vicious nature, but now would be a good time — considering she had to concentrate on her prey.

The Indominus Rex was the ultimate killing machine, packed with everything deadly, including camouflage.

Large carnivores like herself aren't exactly capable of stealth attacks. But with her ability, it was something she could accomplish.
Her skin to change — shifting into the colour around her; tropical greenery. She stalked her prey, as it grazed on grass. The adults were rather far away from the young Triceratops. The female crouched low, placing her front limbs upon the ground, her teeth baring whilst doing so.  The hybrid approach closer to the young, the bonus being that it walked closer to her to snack on a few delicious plants.

The youthful Triceratops would reach her feet, unaware that she was even there. It was only then that it's head would perk up once it heard a frightening growl. But it was too late — too late to react, too late to run, too late to cry out for help. Indy had snatched the child in her jaws, clamping down on it's flesh, powerful teeth crushing it's bones; killing the herbivore in the process.
The female would dine on it's flesh, feasting on the Triceratops carcass. Indy had tore at her meal, finishing it in a few minutes. She ate it all — even the bones. Her appetite was tremendously aggressive.

Thirst overcame the carnivore, after her satisfied meal — which will hopefully keep her full for awhile, she would had back to her cave, claiming it as her new territory. She recalls there being a rather large pond, a waterfall connected to it. Indy remembers it being the one where she chased those humans as they jumped into water to escape their death. She didn't leap in, probably due to the embarrassing fact that she didn't enjoy swimming, especially after that scarring event when she dragged into her supposed watery grave.

Walking causally — she reached the waterfall, her head bowing down, jaws opening to gulp at the water. The flesh stuck between her teeth, and the blood that stained her gums were swept away as the liquid cleaned her mouth. Pulling back; her stomach grumbling due to meal, swallowing the last bit of water.

The cave wasn't too far away, as she would head there, planning to rest up again. The hybrid was close to her destination, until a scent had complete caught her attention. It was close — so close that the bushes started rumbling.
The scent was directed there. Indy's teeth bared, ready to face the possible threat. Although what emerged from the bushed shocked her.
Blue — the surviving Velociraptor. The one that defeated her, along with Rexy. Indy recalls killing all of the raptor's sisters. A shame, they were a good pack, until she choose her over a human. Still angered at the thought.

The two carnivores would stare each other down intently. That was until Blue let out a aggressive hiss, approaching the hybrid threatening.

The Indominus Rex would growl, and in return — Blue would snarl.

Indy's fate was sure to occur, and Blue would get her sweet revenge.

(I wrote this at school, so there were a lot of set backs. The paragraphs are different because I wrote it on my phone. I might edit the first chapter to make it look like this. Anyways, I hope you enjoyed it either way.)
