If I give you my heart
Will you keep it?
Will you hold it forever
And never let it go?
Will you treat it with care
And never let it shatter?
Will you fix it's broken pieces?
Can you undo the damage?
Or will you drop it and leave it
Broken and torn?
Will you stomp on it
And crush it without thinking twice?
Will you throw it away
Like a piece of trash?
Or will you give it back
And tell me you never wanted it?
Can I trust you
With my tender heart?
Can I give it to you
And trust you will not let it brake?
It already has pieces missing
Will you replace those missing parts?
Or will you only cause my heart
To brake even more?
