I don't know if my pieces are triggering but just to be on the safe side ,if you are easily triggered or depressed not only should you refrain from reading my book but you can talk to me about it, I know I'm a complete stranger but I'm a complete stranger who cares and is massively affected by certain things. If you don't feel comfortable talking to me please contact a helpline or even talk to a friend or a parent.
Do not let whatever is in your way right now destroy or define you because you are so much more than your woes.
Also please do not copy my book. If you would like to translate it or add to it or anything please contact me and we shall see where it goes from there otherwise any publications of my work without my consent is a crime.
