Condoms

"Dinner is here" Cam shouts up the stairs.

I quickly grab my phone and run down the stairs before my dad and brother eat all of the pizza.

"Hey guys" my mum says as she walks into the kitchen, "here is your ticket" she says as she passes over a sheet of paper to Terryann.

"I already have it" she says with a confused look to mum.

"What? How?" My mum says not understanding how that is possible.

"Dad gave it to me like 20 minutes ago" Terryann replied while pulling out another similar sheet of paper, which must be her other ticket.

"Are they both VIP?" Callie asks as she grabs a couple of slices of pizza out of the box.

Terryann looked down at the two sheets of paper with concentration on her face, "yes they are".

"So now you just need to find someone to go with you and then they can have the VIP then the problem will be solved" Callie said like it was the most obvious thing ever.

"Who would you bring" Cam asks before shoving half a slice of pizza in his mouth in one go.

"Gross Cam" I say as I scrunch up my face in disgust. He acts like a starved pig sometimes I swear.

"I have an idea" dad pipes up.

"Feel free to share your idea then babe" my mum says with a sigh.

"Cam there is a football event in Birmingham that day so you can drive down there and go see that."

"Sounds good for me ngl" Cam says as a grin takes over his face.

"Callie can go look around art galleries and go to an art competition" my dad continues.

"Yes that sounds perfect for me" Callie says to dads idea for her.

"Terryann can go to the concert"

"Well that was an obvious one dad" Terryann says with a laugh.

"And Harper can go with Terryann" dad says as he finishes sharing his idea.

"What" I shouted in shock. Why would I go to a concert when I don't even know who is performing. I would have to meet them and pretend I knew who they were. Defo not my kind of scene.

"That would work" my mum says with a smile towards my dad "good idea babe".

"Are you for real right now?" I ask in shock. "So they are all going down to Birmingham for things they love to do while I go to a concert where I can't even be told who is performing and I will have to pretend I know them when I get a picture and talk with them"

"Suck it up lil sis" Cam says as he snatches a slice of pizza off of my plate.

"Oi you pig give me that back" I say letting my anger seep through into my words.

"Chill gosh girl" Cam says as he holds his hands out in front of him and gives me my slice of pizza back.

"So if you pack and leave on Saturday 21st July then you can stay in a hotel so you will be ready for the show the next day. Then drive back home on Monday" my mum tells us as she plans out our weekend trip to Birmingham.

"Best prepare a list of items to bring then" Callie says as she opens up the notes on her phone.

"Toothbrush"

"Pjs"

"Change of clothes"

"Towels"

"Shower stuff"

"Condoms"

"Makeup"

"Wait what" Callie says causing us to stop shouting items at her.

"Why in the world would you want condoms on the list?" Callie asks as she turns around on her chair to face Cam.

"You never know who you will meet so it is best to always be prepared" Cam casually says.

"Nobody here" Callie says as she points at all of us "wants to hear about your" she points at Cam "sex life".

"Yeah keep it in your pants big bro" Terryann teasingly says.

"Can't have you getting a boner  for the football field now can we" I say with a chuckle as his face turns bright red.

Oh how I love to embarrass my brother at any moment I can but what sibling doesn't tbh.
