After first period I lost Kayla in the hallway traffic. Our school is very certain on the social chart. Kayla and me, on the social chart we're the happy, weird, awkward, people. Which is frowned upon at our school. The top girl, Mackenzie, most obnoxious female dog in the school. So Kayla and me get bullied, a lot. But anyway back to the reason why I'm looking for Kayla. She knows that I have a few crushes, but my favorite one, Jackie. Pretty, gothic, sweet, and one of my closest friends. Which is pretty awkward. I'm looking for Kayla to tell her I'm gonna try and tell Jackie my feelings for her.
"Mack!?!"
I turn around and see Jake, Jackie's twin brother
"Mack are you gonna tell her?"
"I'm not sure Jake"
"Mack I know you've been dying to tell my sister"
"I don't want to wreck our friendship"
"Mack, Jackie......."
"Jackie, what?"
"Never mind"
Right as he says that the bell rings
"Jake as long as I'd love to stay and chat I've got to go"
"Bye Mack!"
