Day one of the suspension, I roll over to look at the time and it was early but eh, oh well I can get up. I get out of bed and take a shower. I let the warm water hit my skin and beat down on my back. When I get out my mark started burning. I get out and wrap a towel around my body, I walked out of the bathroom that leads to my room, I open the door to see Grey laying on the bed with his eyebrow raised and his hands crossed behind his head.
"What are you doing here?!" I growled while turning red from embarrassment. He chuckles a bit.
"I have came to apologize for my behavior last night."
"Yeah that was a lie." He stands up and walks over to me.
"I swear it I am sorry. Well then again I shouldn't be because you've tried about ten times to kill me. Ten."
"You're a beast it's my job to kill you." He smiles showing the tips of his fangs.
"I know the real reason why you are doing this." I looked at him.
"Y-you're....YOURE LYING!" There is no way he is as old as me. He looks at me with golden eyes. He then lifts up his shirt to show off the tattoo of Lugaru. I step back from him. I recognize that symbol it's the Alphas sign. I look at him.
"Alice I've been looking for you for a very long time now." I step away he comes closer. "Its not what you think I am the leader yes. But I am not the one you are looking for. You are looking for my brother. He turned everyone against me so I had to leave he then became the new alpha. He's the one who killed your brothers not me." I looked at him with wide eyes.
"No. I don't believe you." He did an irritated sniff and walked up to me and crashed his lips to mine. They were so soft as they press against mine. I melt to his arms as his spell makes me close my eyes. Once I do my mind takes me back to that cold winter night.
"Momma is Luke okay he's awfully quiet." My younger self asked my mother. She gives me a worried look.
"Honey you know he isn't to well. Its winter and papa has gone away for work. Did you relight his candle?"
"No momma I haven't." I take some matches and light his candle once I do my body froze in fear. My eyes grew wide as my heart beats the inside of my ribs. Wolves were surrounding him. I scream and the wolves look up at me, their golden eyes fixed on me. One snarls and barks. My brother wakes up crying and a man was standing next to him holding him. He looks up at me with the same eyes and piercing white teeth that had sharp points at the end.
My brother began to cry again. I looked at him and then the leader he growls and looks at the young Luke and smiles his eyes turning even more gold. Momma came into the room gasping, she froze in fear Luke fell silent. The leader looked at me.
"Seems you are too late young Alice." He drops my brother as he fell limp he poisoned my brother. Sam was no where to be found.
"Where is Sam?!" He looks at me with a wicked grin. "No. Please no." My mother began to cry I left the room and grabbed my dads shotgun. I loaded it went, back to my brother's room and aimed at the wolves. I pull the trigger and shot one in the stomache, it fell back and yelped in pain it was bleeding badly the leader growled in anger.
"Momma. Run!" She ran out the door I fired again hitting another one. They all howled and snarled as they shift into wolves again I turned and ran out the door through the snow. My heart was pounding it started to hurt but I was skipping the pain and kept going.
Run little one run as fast as you can and don't look back, Alice don't stop keep going.
I kept on running when I saw a white blur pass by me I nearly lost my balance. I looked back a black wolf was tearing into one wolf. I stopped and watched as the wolf turned against his own. I kept on running my feet were bare and cold against the deep snow I began to shiver badly as it began to snow again. I look for a cave but there was nothing that I can get into. I then hear crunching behind me, it was a man who was half way naked, I looked and he had glowing gold eyes I stepped back and fell backwards  into the snow. He reaches down and scoops me up I felt terrified but he was so warm, I couldn't help but burying my face into his chest. I ended up falling asleep in his arms. That's when I woke back up and saw Grey standing back I front of me.
"I had to show you. You needed to believe me." He looked at me with a determined expression. I looked at him with anger and sadness. I got up and got dressed he was watching me.
"Can you not be a perv for once." He grinned. Then he looked away. I finished getting dressed he stands up and walks up behind me.
"We've been alive for hundreds of years. I've been looking for you every since that night. You left after waking up in a barn one morning. I couldn't find you but now I have. I had to fully make sure that it was you that worked at a police station. When that call came in I knew exactly where it was at because I knew that area. When we went there I had to check and see if there weren't any wolves because they are trying to hunt you down. But when I saw your mark that very same day I knew it was you. That is why I got pissed off when you got hurt." I looked down and saw that his hands were shaking. I shake my head. I don't know what to believe anymore.
