another day passes. taehyung hasn't seen jungkook since their last encounter. now it's friday, the weekend has finally come, and taehyung couldn't be happier. as much as he dislikes homework, he'd rather stay home alone for two days and work on the endless assignments, rather than go to school and be filled with unimaginable anxiety. normally, he hauls his backpack on his shoulder, looking to return home. he'd say he did it happily, but, he hasn't been happy in so long. it feels like it's been years since he last saw his best friend, yet it's been only months, somehow. other than that, every day feels like it flashes simply before taehyung's eyes, none lasting for more than a few minutes. weekends seem to drag on a bit more than the weekdays, which is quite nice, seeing that taehyung can rest longer. the male passes the last building of the campus. the exit in sight. 'please, allow me.' jungkook links their arms, pulling taehyung towards the exit. once they step off campus, taehyung notices that jungkook leads him in the opposite direction from where his house is. before he can try to break away, a different arm links with his left one. he looks towards the person and see's that it's none other than jung hoseok. 'can you let me go?' the captive male asks. 'not until you have fun with us,' hoseok turns to him, flashing a quick smile. 'what's that supposed to mean?' taehyung asks. 'you'll see soon.'
