Like a missile, Cato zoomed down the multicolored bridge that the mortals call a 'rainbow'. Cato was running, running from the palace guards. He had broken the Avani Kingdom's most sacred law: never fall in love with a mortal. Yet Cato has never been one to submit to King Alistair.
King Alistair was cruel and ruthless. He had poisoned his own son, just to remain in possession of the throne. Cato had been exiled for something uncontrollable. He had no idea he'd fall in love with a mortal, by the name of Diana Grace.
The mere mortal had obtained unlimited access to his heart. Diana Grace consumed his thoughts, with her long chestnut colored hair and her peculiar violet eyes.
Cato might have been able to keep Diana unknown, if Naseem hadn't of followed as he ventured to the mortal world.
