•  Y/n's POV• 

I wasn't what most people called 'a normal being'. I had this long fluffy tail, fluffy ears, and horns...oh and fangs. My eyes had spirals in them. I lived with my brother, Tom, and his friends. I was pretty good friends with Edd, Matt and Tord. Especially Tord. He knew about my monster form (Did I mention you can be a human anytime except night? No? Oh well now you know.) 

Currently, it was midnight. I was in my monster form. Everyone was asleep...except for Tord. He laid there staring at the ceiling, sighing sadly. He would roll over to one side, then the other. I slept in his room, seeing that if I slept in my brother's room it would be weird and we would fight a lot- but that's not the point to this..anyway...

"Hey,...you okay?" I asked after a few minutes. Tord sighed.

"No. Not at all." He whispered. I crawled onto his bed and sat there, looking at him with my spiraled e/c eyes. He turned so he wasn't facing me.

"Just go away.." He mumbled. I could see a tear fall.

"I'm not leaving, Tord. You're upset and I need to know why." I said, my voice stern. Tord glanced at me, his blue eyes gleaming in the moonlight.

"Why must you know?" he sounded like he was about to break down. I opened my mouth, but nothing came out. I leaned against the bed frame and hugged my knees with my tail wrapped around me.

"Because you're my friend..." I whispered. Tord's eyes watered more and soon he cried out. He sat on the bed with his legs hanging off the edge. I sat next to him and hugged him.

"Please...tell me?" I whispered. 

"P-people say you hate me. They say you want to kill me because you're a monster. But no...you're not just a monster." He said and looked at me. "You're my monster." 

"Those people are wrong. But you're right." I leaned on him and held his hand. With my other hand, I dried his tears. He blushed and stopped crying.

  • Tord's POV• 

I'm really glad I have Y/n as a friend...and crush. She is basically my everything. 

"Hey, wanna go out..t-to get ice cream with me?" I tried confessing...it failed. 

"Sure! Wait- at 2:00 am? Isn't that a little early?" She asked. It was true...but it's ice cream.

"Nahhh. Shoot, Edd drinks cola at 12 am so why not?" I smiled at her. She looked at me with a glimmer in her eyes. I stared at her. Her gorgeous face...her hair...her eyes.. perfect.

"Okay!" She said, breaking the staring contest. I got my shoes on and so did Y/n. 

When we left, we didn't drive. We just walked. It is London, so of course it is chilly out; I saw Y/n shivering and trying to warm up. I smiled and took off my hoodie and put it on her. She grinned and held my hand. She really didn't see my blush? 

When we made it to the store, there weren't any people there except the cashiers.

We walked through the isles hand in hand, until Y/n saw something she wanted... y/f/f. I sighed and picked up the food.

"You like this?" I asked. She nodded while saying 'mhm' and gave a cute smile. I grabbed some ice cream for the two of us and payed. I grabbed her wrist tightly and ran to a place that she's never been before. (remember, this is my story and I have no ideas whatsoever... so..) The beach. But not just any beach...the beach had an amusement park no one goes to right along side the shore.

"Where are we?" She asked, gripping my other hand. The night sky was clear and the moon hovered above the ocean, casting a nice reflection. 

"The beach. Well, not just any beach. This is Rocky Cove." I said nervously, waiting for her approval. She grinned.

"I love it here already." She said.

  • Y/n's Pov• 

Tord took me to this awesome beach! We were the only ones there, of course. I dragged him to the shore line and sat down, taking off my shoes and socks (or sandals) to let the water splash over my feet. Tord did the same and sat shoulder to shoulder with me. I was grinning and looking at the sky above us. The moonlight reflected on my fangs, causing my fangs to glow a bit. Tord pulled me closer and held my hand. He handed me (You choose, either the ice cream or your favorite food). He started to eat his ice cream while I ate my food. We both stood up at the same time after we were done eating to throw away the garbage. Tord looked at me and stopped me. He leaned in and kissed-well..more like licked the food I had on my cheek. I blushed dark red...darker than Tord's hoodie.

"T-TORD..." I yelled. Tord smirked.

"What? You seem to have like that." He said with a purr. 

"Fine..what if I did?" I asked, not really knowing what to say. He smirked and kissed me on the lips. My eyes widened, but after a while I kissed back. It felt so...right. He wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me close to his body. I held on to his shirt, then wrapped my arms around his neck. This kiss felt like it lasted for years...but it only lasted about 10 seconds.

"That was..." I started. He smirked.

"Wonderful?" He finished my sentence. I smiled. 

"Yeah." 

We walked home and realized it was nearly 7. Edd was up and let's just say he wasn't really happy with us.

"What do you mean you were out at 2:00 in the morning?!" He yelled, waking the others up.

"Listen, we are both safe." I reassured. Tord held my hand.

"AND DATING OH MY GO-" I drowned Edd out and turned to see an upset Tom.

"Little sis.... you've got issues. Why would you date that commie?" 

"HEY!!" I heard Tord yell.

"Tom, it's fine. He's nice to me. At least." I giggled. Tom just shrugged this off and walked to his room.

One of my ears went down, the other stayed up. I suddenly felt arms wrap around my stomach...Tord...

"Tord. Hi. Hello. So nice of you to sneak up on me." I chuckled.

"I love you more than my guns." Tord whispered in my ear. I flushed dark red.

"L-love you too, T-Tordoise...." Tord suddenly bit my neck like a vampire. I screeched.

"WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!" I yelled.

"Marking you. Remember, you're my monster, got it?"

"Fine by me!"
