Hey, sorry it has been a while.

Things I have done to train for the storm today:

-Stretches

-80 jumping jacks

-40 squats

-50 buttkicks

-60 crunches

-Sprint then jump. (if you don't understand, don't ask.)

-jumping over objects

-meditating
