Agent 9's Pov

I was roughly pushed into a smaller cave and stumbled inside " Jesus" I mumbled to myself as I wiped of some dirts on my clothes.

I decided to just sit and wait for some ruckus.

The Next Day

I woke up to some shouting and grinned " It's show time" I said before walking to the door.

Immediately I punched the hinge of the metal door a few times until in broke. I smiled to myself when the door fell down.

" I need to be fast" I ran the route that I remembered, occasionally knocking out the guys, and arrived at their place just as I heard " I'm gonna go buy you some time"

I quickly took out some of the men around before tackling Yinsen back into the room.

I heard a sigh " Thanks Cat" Tony said.

I got up and looked at him " No prob, you okay?" I asked turning to Yinsen, putting my hand out to which he took.

I pulled him up before running to my table " Yinsen, I don't want you to die... All of us are getting out so you stay here" I demanded while taking out the completed hover board out from the scraps that I had hid it in. (Pic above)

Yinsen looked at it " What is that?" He asked, pointing at the board as I turned it on.

" A Hoverboard with an arc reactor attached to it, Hove II actually" I said while putting it above the ground as it hover.

" We've got sometime since I knocked out some of the guys but I think we can hide and wait" I said, jumping on it.

" Get on"

He was hesitant at first but he got up, a gun is still in his hand, on the side of the hover board that I had added. As I made the board hover a bit higher, Yinsen crouched on his place and held the edge of the metal plank.

I snorted " I guess you better hold on tight, Yinsen" I said as he rolled his eyes at me.

I hover the board above the door frame, so they wouldn't see us or even shoot us.

We heard some footsteps coming before a person came in, the guy was walking carefully until he was punched by Tony.

The other three by the door immediately shot their gun at random places, I cupped my hand infront of Yinsen's mouth before he could make a sound.

Tony immediately punched the other three and walked out into the cave hallway? Not sure. As Tony did that, I let go of Yinsen's mouth and smirked " Well hot damn, it's cooler in real life" I whistled as I lower the board until it was a few inches above the ground, I'm not sure if Yinsen had heard my comment but if he did, he didn't acknowledge it.

" So do we want to wait or follow him from behind? Though I suggest the latter" I suggested, gaining a nod from him.

" Okay, hang on tight... You can sit if you want" I said before I turned on the thruster and flew to catch up to Tony.

When we got to the exit, we saw him burning everything around the headquarter.

I flew the board higher in the air so it won't catch on fire or melt just a few seconds before the place exploded.

I saw Yinsen widen his eyes and shouted " Tony!" He was worried before sighing when he saw a big figure flying out of the explosion.

I flew to the ground as the suit fell into the sand, metal pieces are spread everywhere and Tony opened the mask as he sighed " Not bad"

I rolled my eyes " Of course you'd say that after falling meters from the sky" I chuckled.

I hopped of the board and helped Tony out of the sand with the help of Yinsen before laying him on the other iron plank.

It's been a few hours now, the two of them were lying on the planks while I was maneuvering the hoverboard inches above the sand, I'd fly us back to the nearest town but with this type of metal and materials, the board couldn't handle the heat.

We also couldn't afford to drain the energy from the arc reactor, the nearest city is probably miles away and it is not guaranteed that they actually have materials. So our best bet is just to not use alot of the power and wait for help to come.

A few minutes later, two helicopters flew above us. They got up into a sitting position and brightened while yelling " Hey!! Hey!!"

I smiled as the helicopters landed, Rhodey got out of one of them and ran here with several armed soldiers around him.

He stopped infront of us and asked " How was the Funvee?"

" Next time you ride with me okay?" He said as he hugged Tony.

" Awww.. Bromance" I whispered to Yinsen.

We were chuckling a little before the other soldiers surrounded us and pointed their guns at us.

Yinsen gulped and raised his hands up while I sighed and lay down on the board, ignoring the armed men " Yo Stark, as much as I like seeing Bromance, can you help us with these dudes?" I asked, tilting my head to my right so I can look at him.

Tony looked back at us before looking at the soldiers " Uh please? They're my friends here" He said, gesturing his hands on the guns as the soldiers lower their guns.

" Thanks" I sighed, putting my left hand under my head as Yinsen slouched down on his place.

Rhodey glanced at us before glancing at my Hove II " Let's get in the helicopter, alright?" He asked us, gaining nods.

Rhodey and his men walked back to the helicopter with us following , I'm currently laying on the board so I pushed the thruster button lightly with Yinsen and Tony back sitting on their planks.
