Running

I stumbled through the forest running as fast as I can away from the monstrous nightmare that are my life. My heart beat so fast and loud from fear.

Why me? I thought. I thought I was good person, why did dad have to die in a car crash?

I stoped at the edge of the lake, panting for breathe.

I look down at my ugly brused reflection wondering why my mother hate me so?

— flashback —

My evil step sister Hanni stood next to step mom with her arms crossed and her eyebrows furrowed, smirking evilly. Step mom hated me, I did know why. I didn't know.

"Hanni say stole her diamond earrings, is this true"?  Stepmom bark at me.

"N-no i-I w-was try-" I stutter in fear, but she smack my face.

Tears stream down my cheeks as cup my reddened cheek.

"LIER!!" she growled.

Then why'd you even ask me then? I thought.

"Tell the truth you little garbage slut!" Stepmom grabbed hold of my hair.

"I didn't." I pleaded.

I tried to return the earrings after Hanni dropped them carelessly.

"Your worthless, you don't belong in this family!" Hanni spat.

"I'm the only real member of this family." I muttered.

"What did you say my daughter? DONT YOU EVER TALK LIKE THAT!" Stepmom struck me with a cast iron pan, and I fell over crying in pain.

"Actually your father is dead, and the fortune to us. So, correction, you only the irrelevant member of this family." Hanni snapped, then laughed.

I was on my hands and knees, anger build in me as they spat their cold insults. Suddenly, step tried to grab me again.

"You sleep in the closet, you piece of scum."

My chest sink, and I began panicking. They knew I claustrophobic. I shook myself free, and ran as fast as I could.

— end flashback —

My tears fell into the pound as I stair at my reflection.

"I hate myself!" I yell in anger, I smack the water.

I stand up, ready to throw myself in, when I spot a giant figure reflection in on the water. I froze my fear, and shiver went down my spine.

It was as as big as the tree.

I turned around slowly to find a terrifying giant, with huge dark orbs. I stiffen in scared.

He's actually kinda handsome, wait what am thinking!? WAIT, HES MOVING CLOSER!!
