Chapter 10| Red Wedding
Warning:This chapter contains rape, violence, and very depressing.{4 Months Later}
Lyanna rubs her six months belly, as she, Robb, and Lady Castelyn were looking on the location of Casterly Rock (ancestral seat of House Lannister) on a giant map of Westeros. There are several game pieces representing different House sigils located on different parts of the map. They are at a campsite, within a tent lit up by candles.
"Are you sure about this?" Lady Catleyn asks. Lyanna rubs her belly more frequently.
"No."
"It's dangerous." Robb nods his head in agreement.
"If we take Tywin's castle from him, the lords of Westeros will realize he's not invincible. Take his home, take his gold, take his power."
"Why are you telling me?" Robb pauses then walks around Lady Catelyn.
"You begged me not to send Theon to negotiate with his father and I ignored your advice," Robb pours himself something to drink,"Now Winterfell is burned to the ground. The North is overrun with Ironborn and Bran and Rickon are gone. So, Casterly Rock? I'm asking your advice."
Lady Catelyn pauses, staring at Robb. She then looks at the map.
"We have enough men?" Robb grabs a House Frey piece.
"If Walder Frey cooperates."
"If Walder Frey cooperates. If reinforcements arrive from King's Landing, before we take the castle, we'll be caught between Tywin's army and the sea." Robb moves the House Frey piece to the House Stark side of the map.
"We'll lose the war and die the way father died. Or worse." A flash of anger spreads across Lady Catelyn's face.
"Show them how it feels to lose what they love."
Lyanna and Robb leaves the tent and they talk along the way.
"My love please, something feels wrong, please don't do it." Lyanna could feel something was wrong and not with the baby, but with meeting up with Walder Frey.
"My love, you mustn't worry. We Stark's are hard to kill, don't you remember?" Lyanna smirks and nods her head,"Your a Stark, our child is a Stark. Please Lyanna we must, besides Ashter is bound to marry one of the girls." Lyanna sighs and realizes Ashter wasn't too fondly of that. Robb's direwolf, Grey Wind, as he leads House Stark's army to The Twins castle, the ancestral seat of House Frey. Lyanna and Robb reach to the inside of The Twins, as a servant walks around with a plate of bread and salt in observation of the Westerosi tradition of "Guest Right". Robb, his wife Lyanna, his brother Ashter, his great uncle Brynden "Blackfish" Tully, Lady Catelyn and the Stark army are in the presence of Walder Frey and his family. Robb takes a piece of bread, dips it into the salt and eats it while looking intently at Walder.
"My honored guests, be welcome within my walls and at my table. I extend to you my hospitality and protection in the light of the Seven."
"We thank you for your hospitality, my lord,"A Servant stops in front of Walder. He takes a piece of bread from the plate and eats it,"I have come to make my apologies, my lord, and to beg your forgiveness."
