Cecelia is a very creative girl with quite the imagination. She just seems to have this flair to her that drives her inspiration for what she constructs, though sometimes her creativity is too large for what she can actually make.
This lass is also very adventurous. She travels around the world whenever she has enough money so she can learn new things, or sell new inventions. She has been to places like France, and Japan. She's visited Greece and Australia. She has explored quite a few places and learned some new languages, but there is always more for her to explore in her own mind.
CeCe can be very self critical and down on herself quite a bit. She believe that thought she does a lot, what she does is never truly that good. She is her own worst critic.
This chick is also determined in many ways. She is determined to make her dream of becoming a true inventor real. She is determined to make steam power the next big thing, again. She is also determined to make things work, make inventions function.
She can also be very hot headed and have a short temper at times because she can be wicked prideful, even though she knows her work isn't the best all the time.
She is also someone who is versatile. She will adapt and work with what she has a lot of the time, because sometimes what she has is all she can afford. She knows how to make things work even when she doesn't have the right material, because she knows how to make wrong material into the right material.
She is also quite optimistic and will always try to look on the bright side. Though she is hard on herself, as previously stated, she knows when she needs to stop and instead look at the bright side of things.
CeCe is also an impulsive girls. She lets her instincts be her guide, and that does get her into quite a bit of trouble. Though sometimes her impulsive actions can be a good thing, but that is a rare occurrence when they are.
She is also a girl who is helpful, she is willing to work for free if the cause is truly good. Most of her inventions she sells for money, but when there is truly a good enough cause she we simply give them away for the greater good.
Her final negative trait is that she can be quite scatterbrained. She gets easily disoriented and her workshop is quite a mess, so she does struggle to find stuff around the workshop at times. That's when she cleans it up at least, she has a better time finding stuff when her place is a mess.
CeCelia is also highly intelligent, she didn't go to college, but she knows quite a bit. She learned stuff from her family, from trial and error and just from the streets. She also has this capability to remember random information and use that to progress her inventions.
Finally she is encouraging. She motivates people in anyway she can. If someone says they can't, she will tell them they can. If someone is struggling she will stand with them and help without touching. She wants others to also succeed.
