Today is the day. The day before the competition and the day I lose my sister. We got to the hospital and went to her room and the doctor was already there. I was in my dance clothes cause I had dance right after this. He said,"I will give you guys a few minutes to say your goodbyes to Mackenzie." Mom went first. Now its my turn."Mackenzie, I know you can't hear me, but I wanted to say that I love you and I will miss you. I have a solo that I'm dedicating to you tomorrow. I'm sorry Kenzie." Then he came back in. My mom was crying. I was holding it in until we got to tge studio, where I can just let it out all alone. I watched him and I still heard a little tiny beating. Then I heard the sound. She was gone. He said,"Mackenzie Ziegler, time of death, 9:45 am, June 14, 2015." Mom and I gave her one last kiss and then we left. When I got to the studio, I started to cry. The girls ran up and hugged me. They said,"We're sorry Maddie, we miss her too." Abby gave me a big hug and took me into Studio A. We talked for a while and then i ran my solo. "That was amazing Maddie. You can go." I went home and prepared for the comp.
