I awoke to a bright light bursting through my eyelids. I opened them slightly, just enough to see my little sister, Dani, trying to fix my lamp and revert it back to the way it was. She glanced over at me, checking to see if I was still asleep, and, of course, I was not. Her mouth dropped open slightly as she looked around the currently trashed room, that, prior to this morning, was clean.
Her said, her mouth still agape and the biggest shocked look on her face, "I didn't do it?" Assuming she was telling the truth, who would've done such a thing? Possibly one of the younger boys or Lisa. No, can't be Lisa, she's still sound asleep, I thought as I looked over to her.
"Then who did it, Dani?" I questioned, giving her the benefit of the doubt.
"It was- uh..." She stammered, trying to think of someone that could've potentially done it. She cast a look into the hallway and booked it.
"DANIELLE NICOLE CIMORELLI! THIS ROOM BETTER BE CLEAN BEFORE NOON TODAY! I'M HAVING A FRIEND OVER AND THIS LOOKS TERRIBLE!" I screamed at her as she tripped over the clothes and varying objects everywhere. She turned the corner and disappeared down the stairs with only the room left behind.
I sighed, knowing Dani wouldn't clean it and Lisa would make me. I sat on the floor and began to pick up the clothes that belonged to me and put them in my basket to be put away.

Finally, the room was clean. I'd have to get back at Dani later. The clock said it was only 10:58, so I finished with plenty of time to spare. Dani creeped into the room and climbed into her bed above mine.
"Good job, I'd have never done it this well." She taunted from her perch, sticking her tongue out at me.
"Yeah, well, messing up the room every day before we wake up needs to stop. It's getting really irritating, and you NEVER clean it up." I stated plainly and sat on the windowsill, resting my head against the cool window. I closed my eyes an d drifted for a few seconds before Dani was practically shaking me awake.
"Look, look! Isn't that the gross girl from the park?" She questioned pointing her finger out the window onto the sidewalk where a pretty girl was walking. She had short brown hair hat were iin loose curls and bounced with every step. Her hair didn't shine and looked really dry. Her blue and white striped shirt and blue skinny jeans had a dirt layer on them as if she rolled around on the ground and her shoes have seen better days.
"Looks it. Almost as disgusting as before." I snarled, making a disgusted face. She looked up, as if she heard me, and smiled at me. She did a small wave before being tackled to the ground by a little boy. That would explain the dirt. c and I laughed as the girls face turned a bright pink. She got up, attempted to brush the dirt off (which did nothing) and continued on her way, a little more hurriedly this time.
"Did you see that? That was pathetic. She looks like she hasn't showered in a couple days." Dani remarked at me, and left my sitting place. looked at the place the girl fell and I reminisced at how her hair did shine slightly, and how she had the prettiest grey eyes that made her face almost glow. She was rather pretty if you thought about it, of course, you had to think about it really hard.
"LAAAAUUUUUREEEEENNN! Your friend is here!" I heard Christina call up the stairs to me.

I brought my friend, Kasey, back to the park with me to adventure in the woods and play in the creek. I was wearing my blue and white Varsity jacket over my purple button down collared shirt and my black bowtie. I had my blue jeans that was almost the same colour as the jacket on, and my black Chuck Taylor's with purple laces.
Kasey, however,w as wearing a black belly-shirt and her short pink shorts with her knee-high black converse. I thought she looked kinda slutty, but the way her black hair shone, her smile glowed, and how her eyes sparkled, I forgot all about her outfit.
"Come on, let's go swing! I L-O-V-E the swings!" She cooed at me in her honeydew voice. God, she was pretty. Good thing I have her all to myself.
I mentally slapped myself, it wasn't like I was dating her. She was just a friend and always would be. I am not gay. Never was, never will be. Gays are so- ew. They make me shiver. Just they way the kissed and talked and showed off and held hands and everything! It's just disgusting. Yeah, I mean, I like girls, but I'd never date one. I only like them as friends.... Right?
