" happy birthday Doctor liam Ashton~" a Nurse said as she put a kitty head band in his head

"whats with the headband?" he ask with a chuckle while ruvic watched

" because you look cute on it Doctor " she said as Ash smile " your makijg me look silly" he said jokingly as the nurse giggle and walk away.

Ruvic teleported inside the hospital as he spotted a doctor inside and without hesitation he walk over to the room and before the doctor could react the doctor place a hand over the doctors mouth. he watched the fear in the doctors eyes that made a small smile onto his lips as Ruvic closed his eyes and spoke in a soft whispering tone "i need you" he said as he placed a hand to the doctors forehead a d the Doctors vision started to fade into darkness

liam open his eyes gently and realized that everything around him was moving. he turn his head and realized he was being carried

" rise and shine" Ruvic said in a straight tone as Ash nearly jump when he heard him

" what are you doing?!" he ask Ruvic as Ruvic smile a little " your going to help my friend and i brought your medical kits along with you so you dont have to worry about looking for an item" he said as Ash turn his head by the door as it opened with people talling inside

you look as the door open and you saw ruvic carrying a doctor " that must be him... imm why are you carrying him ruvic?" you ask curiously as you watched them and liam made a small blush as he try to pushed himself away from ruvics hold

" long story y/n" Ruvic lied as he put down liam as he look at the people around

he saw you and he can tell you were a beautiful girl in this room while there is a little girl and a boy who seemed to be like the hostages they were talking about. his eyes moved to joseph and breanna as they look like they wanted to say something but was not allowed to give question as his eyes trailed of to the bleeding man in the bed

" how about you all leave for awhile while the doctor does his work" Ruvic said as you felt unsure about this

" im staying here" you said as Ruvic nodded " your choice" he said as Joseph and breanna went outside the door

" lilie, leslie you two can play with the obscura you have seen her right?" Ruvic said with a smile as Leslie smiled back happily " play play fun fun " he said as he look at lilie who shiverd

" but she seemed scary" she said as she pictured it

" she can be nice if your nice too" Stefano said with a smiling groan as you smile " are you sure Stefano?" you said gently yapping his shoulder

" i created her after all" he said as you watch the doctor take out a clean needle and clinical strings for an open wound

" okey sir just hold still and let me do the work" Liam said as he smiled at him a little and you could tell that Ruvic was watching the doctor rather carefully as if he turn away he would miss something wonderful

Stwfano then chuckle " thats what the doctor told me once my eyes was going to be remove" he said pointing at his new eyes as the Doctor frowned and shiverd at the sight " s-sorry" he said as Stefano remove his shirt that made you blush from the scene as you stare into his well build abs before turning away quickly with a deep blush. Lian cough for a moment before starting to closed his wound

silence was filling in the air and the only thing that can be heard was the sound of Stefano's groaning and hissing from the needle and its going to be hard for him to take because he wasnt been put in with an anestisia

" whats your name?" Ruvic cut the silence as the Doctor stop a little before continuing " my name is Liam Ashton" he said with a small hint of smile

" my name is Ruvic" he said placing a proud hand over to his chest " thats Stefano and this is his Queen Y/N" he said " you see now that your here Lian you shall show respect to the king and to his Queen equaly. if you were to disobey you shall be put in with a punishment" he said as the doctor shiver and frowned

" ruvic!" you scolded as Ruvic look at you " its the truth" he said as You look at Stefano

" is this true?" you ask him as Stefano nodded with a smile " dont you like being protected y/n?" he ask cooingly

you suddenly blushed lightly at him word but you bit up your bottom lips " i-i do" you said honestly making Stefano smirk " but not to give them punishments" you said as Stefano groan

" you can tell them to stop but not to punish them" you told him

" but they will never learn until you give them a taste of their own medicine" he smile " plust decipline always comes with a little taste of pain"

you frowned at his idea and crossed your arms " but y/n" he groaned as the needle pressed on his skin

"no" she said turning your back at him as Stefano frowned

liam look at you and Stefano as he sigh as the silence started to fill in the room once more. time passed by laim was finish putting on the new stitches and bandages on Stefano as you thanked him

" no problem im just doing what i have to" he said as he look at Stefano " to save lives" he said as Ruvic smile

liam sigh as he pack up his stuff " so i wont be going back hu" he said dissapointed

you look at liam as you olace a hand to his shoulder but before you can talk Stefano cut in " why?  do you have someone to walk back?" he ask

liam shooked his head " no im alone i-" " that means you can stay here then and we still need you here Liam" he said happily as he placed his hand to his shoulder " what do you mean?" Liam ask as Ruvic smile

"ill tell you about it for tomorrow for now you need some rest" he said as he place a hand to him shoulder "come with me" he said

liam tilted his head as he followed Ruvic wondering were he was going to take him

y/n placed her hand onto Stefanos cheeks as Stefano got a little suprised by your sudden touch as he look up at you "Dont do that again Stefano" you said with a frown

Stefano chuckle " ill keep on doing this over and over again if this will be the only way to keep you safe ill never stop" he said as you smiled softly and gently punch his shoulder " shut up Stefano if you do that over and over again you might not see me again" you said as Stefano laugh

"you know Y/n Death has always been a part of my art" he said as he with a smile as he place his hands to her cheeks " And death might come and get me anytime she wants to but in the end ill come back just to be with you" he said as he take your gently and hand and planted a soft kiss
