Will you marry me?

Jimin walked outside after jungkook told him he wanted to talk to hi, he saton a large bench on the porch his legs curled up under his body, chin propped up on the palm of his hand. He barely noticed the cold as his mind wandered.

His musings were interrupted by a familiar voice
"Hey."
Turning, he smiled at the man standing before him, hands tucked into his sweater pockets. "hey"
The younger boy sat down beside him, the smaller boy readily shifting his body to wrap his arms around Jungkook, resting his head on his shoulder as kook wrap his own arms around jimin and pressed a kiss on his forehead, warmth spread through jimin as he nestled into kooks embrace.
Even after a whole year of dating, it never ceased to amaze jimin that he could feel safe and loved in another persons arms.

"So, what is it?" As soon as those words came out of his mouth he regretted it, he wanted to know but he was so nervous that at the same time he didn't want to know.
An uncomfortable silence fell upon the couple, the bigger boy stood up, taking the spectacular view before them.

"This will take a sec." Jungkook said his back turned towards jimin, not sparing a glance.

"Ok" he folded his arms across his chest, letting jungkook have his full attention, after a moment he got a text, it was hobi. He was glad to hear from him after a long time of jimin trying to reach him, but hee couldn't stop thinking about kook.

10mins passed, both still quiet..jimin replying hobis texts, jungkook look into the distance his mouth was moving as if he was praying. Jimin took a deep breath, he could feel his hands sweat, he wiped them away and closed his eyes,
"God i hate this. I hate this feeling." He repeated this words over and over again like a mantra. He felt the familiar knotting feeling in his stomach "please, not again!" It's the same feeling he felt way back when Jungkook broke up with him, a feeling he wants to forget and never wanted to feel again.
"Just tell me already!" He was impatient, it was getting late and the younger boy was taking so long to say whatever it was that he wanted to.
"J-Jungkook-.."

"Jimin! Stop talking!" The smaller boy flinched, Jungkooks little outburst made him turn his head, he avoided the taller boys eyes and stared down at his fidgety hands
"Well if you have anything to say just say it! Come sit right here and talk to me"

"You're right" he took a couple of steps towardd jimin, face serious "that would be easier"
Jimin nodding, he agreed. But he could he in Jungkooks eyes that he was nervous, and that scared him.
Suddenly Jungkook got in one knee, jimin sent a last text to hobi saying "gotta go"
His eyes fixed on jungkook "what are you doing?"

Jungkook closed his eyes and took a deep breath,
"I want to tell you how much i love you"
Jimin slightly smiled
"Jimin, you're everything i could ask for, you know me better than anyone else in this world, you helped build up my confidence. I love how you always look deep into my eyes, how you can make my heart melt with your soft lips, the way you hold my hand so tight, i even love the look you make when you're jealous. Everything. I love everything about you, im so thankful that you're still with me after all the mistakes i made"
Jimin shakes his head, reassuring the younger boy that it was okay.
"And i know that i never want to let you go, i want to spend the rest if my life by your side."
Jungkook takes his hand out of his pocket, in his hand he holded a a soft leathered ring box, jimins wide eyes followed the box, he mouth was wide open "j-jungkook..."

"Will you marry me?"
Jimin smiled broadly "YES!" he yells "Yes! Oh my god!" He jumps into jungkooks arms, the taller boy wraps his arms around jimins waist and easily picks him up, jimin kissing all over jungkooks face "i can't believe this!!" Jimin screams

He then puts jimin down to put the ring on, he moves closer and cupped jimins face with his hands and brought jimins lips to his, the gentlest of kisses, barely brushing his lips that sent shivers down jimins spine and made his heart skip a beat.
"I wanted to ask you in a nice place, but i couldn't wait anymore, i was so nervous i couldn't prepare anything, im sorry it had to be here baby"
Jimin shakes his head "i don't care bunny" he throws his arms around the taller boys neck and pulls him closer.

"Mhm" jungkooks mom standing by the door cleared he throat interrupting the kiss
"Dinner is ready, why are you guys yelling? What are you so happy about?"

Jungkook then yells "MOM HE SAID YES!!!! WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!!!"

She freezes and the smile on her face disappeares "what?"
