Chapter 18

I looked around at all of the boxes. Today was the day that Hunter was leaving for college. He is going to Brown.

I want to go there when I get past senior year too. His parents bought him a house to live in.

Hunter walked up and wrapped his arms around me. I leaned back into him. I was gonna miss him.

"I will miss you." He whispered in my ear. This day is getting harder and harder.

"I'm going to miss you more. How will I stand?" I asked him.

"You will. I will call you every day. Just don't go falling in love with anybody else."He told me.

"I could never."

"Ok! The moving van is here! Let's get all the boxes into the van so Hunter here can move!" My mom yelled. I really hated her right now.

I don't want him to move. I want him to stay so we can cuddle. I know that can never happen though.

I picked up a box to put in the truck. Here goes nothing.

I looked in the mirror one more time before I walked out of my room.

Today was the first day of my senior year. Mia was coming to pick me up, now that Drew couldn't take me.

I miss Hunter already. It has been two weeks since he left for college. Drew and Kyle left last week.

I was snapped out of my thoughts by a horn blaring. Mia was outside. I ran down the stairs yelling bye to my parents. I grabbed my bag and walked out the door.

Mia had gotten a new car and now owned a lime green jeep. I loved the car of course.

"Are you ready to rule the school?" Mia asked me as soon as I got into the car.

"Yes." I told her. And I was. It was going to be hard with out Hunter, but ooh well. They only problem I had now was Jenny.

Ever since the fight, she layed low. What I thought was funny is she got kicked off the cheer squad. Her sidekick Jenna was now captain. But the problem was now Jenna keeps messing with me.

What is it? Cheer captain picks on Kay?

We got to school in about 15 minutes. Mia and I got out of the car at the same time. This year will be ours.

As we were making our way to the entrance we got stopped by Jenny. I wasn't really mad at her now. She got what she deserved.

"C-can I talk to you guys? I need you guys to tell somebody something." She said.

"No."

"Yes." Me and Mia said at the same time. I held up my pointer finger telling Jenny to wait. I turned to Mia to talk to her.

"Let's just give her a chance. Maybe it is something important." I told her. I didn't wait for an answer thought, I just said to Jenny and then dragged her with me.

We went to the bleachers on the football field. Nobody comes here in the morning so we will have privacy.

"I need you guys to tell Hunter something for me." Jenny said. My ears perked up at Hunter's name.

"What do you want us to tell him?" I asked her. The way she was looking, I know it isn't good.

"I'm pregnant. With his baby." She told us.

My heart sunk to the bottom of my stomach.

Fuck my life. I nodded then got up. I can't believe it.

It was now time to go home. I could honestly tell you, that I don't remember a thing from today. I was spaces out all day. I couldn't stop thinking about the news Jenny had told us.

I knew Hunter was a player and Jenny was a slut, but I though more of them than that.

I shook my head to clear the thoughts.I need to stop thinking about it.

I told Mia I was walking home. I needed the air and time to think. All day she has been going on about it.

I entered my home to see Drew. A smile found it's way to my face. I looked to the right to see Hunter. The smile instantly left my face.

I have to tell him. I told Mia that I would.

Drew turned around and when he saw me, he smiled. I ran to him and hugged him. I was glad he was home, not Hunter.

I mean I know I should but, the news I was about to tell him was about to break us.

"Hunter can I talk to you?" I nervously asked him. His face went to confusion. He nodded his head anyways.

Maggie came paddling her way in to the room. I smiled and leaned down to pet her. I love her.

Hunter followed me to my room. After we both stepped into the room, I closed the door. I have to do this.

"What do you want to talk about?" He asked me. I could see he was nervous. Glad I wasn't the only one.

"Uum I have to tell you something." Hunter nodded his head telling me to continue.

"Jenny is pregnant. The baby is yours." His eyes widened.

"I can't believe this. I have to go." He told me before he ran out the door. My heart sank again.
