Jackson's POV
"why in the world did you think it was a good idea to start a fight with Grayson Dolan? AND THEN hit Brielle Lucas??" Principle B said while slamming his fists on the desk.
"I don't know." I said shrugging my shoulders.
"whatever Richards, I'm done with you. You don't get away with this though, 2 week suspension. Out." He said pointing to the door. Fine by me. I walked out to the main office where Dylan and Antonio were waiting.
"what's your punishment?" Dylan asked as we came into view of each other.
"two week suspension." I replied rolling my eyes and walking out.
"yo Jackson?" Antonio said.
"what" I asked as I was turning around
"why'd you hit her?" Antonio said back.
"well I didn't know it was her but it's the least she deserved." I replied back angrily.
"you shouldn't have hit her bro, that's not cool. You don't hit girls." But I do.
"oh so you're on her side?"
"no but you don't hit girls." Antonio replied back.
"Jackson, Toni is right. Sorry but I'm on Brielle's side this time." Dylan too? Wow.
"pfft whatever guys. Talk to me when you get your head straight." I said giving an angry chuckle.
"says the one who just hit a girl." Dylan really had some nerve. My fist collided with his jaw. I shook my head and ran off.
3 weeks later
Brielle's POV
"it's been three weeks since you got knocked into a coma Gray... I really miss talking to you, cuddling with you and joking around with you. No matter what happens I'll always be right here..." I said to Grayson's non responding body. I come to visit him everyday at 4:30 to check up on him and see how he's doing. The only noise filling the room was the machine that showed his heart beat. I kissed his forehead and got up.
"Bye Grayson, love you. I'll see you when you wake up." I said walking towards the door. I walked outside and sat on one of the benches. I called my mom asking if she could pick me up. She said she'd be here in 5 minutes. The rest of the night was very boring.
The next day at the hospital
I walked into Grayson's room and he wasn't there. I heard the toilet flush. Was he awake? HE'S AWAKE! I ran over to the bathroom door waiting for him to come out. Seconds later, the door opened and I popped out giving him the biggest hug I have ever gave anyone. And hugged back tight.
Brielle: I missed you so much Gray.
I said letting go of the hug.
Grayson: I missed you too Bee. How long was I put for?
Brielle: 3 weeks...
Grayson: oh god. Hows Ethan? Hows mom and dad?
He said sitting down on his bed running his fingers through his hair.
Brielle: they're just like me. We all have been coming in everyday. Ethan would come on his lunch break and I would come over after school and at 3:00 in weekends. I really missed having my best friend and my cuddle buddy.
He laid down on the bed and patted beside him. I crawled over and put my head on his chest. He played with my hair and let out a long sigh. It was good having my best friend back. Life was finally good. I was trapped but now that I have Grayson, I feel like I'm safe.
