Lance was sitting on his bed as Pidge paced, hunk stood by the door, Allura and Shay stood in the hallway, and Shiro and Matt stood beside the two foreign girls. "You're not yourself, Lance." A worried Pidge spoke up. He didn't look at her. He stared at the floor. Pidge stopped in front of him. "What's wrong? We're your friends, you can tell us anything. Just tell us what's going on...please...." Her voice was soft as she spoke with genuine concern. Lance didn't look at her. "It's Keith and Lotor, isn't it?" Lance only nodded. "Do you want us to leave you alone?" Hunk asked. He was hoping his best friend would say no, but his hopes were crushed when Lance said yes. The group said their goodbyes to the broken boy and left. Pidge drove everyone home. Lance went into the bathroom and ran a bath. Maybe it will clear my head for a bit, he thought as he waited. When the water was ready, he closed and locked the door and peeled off the clothes. He climbed into the bathroom with disgust. He glared at his arms. There were six new burns. Lance passed out.

Lance woke up to banging on his door. "Lance! It's time for dinner!" His brother yelled, annoyed. "Okay!" Was all Lance said before getting out and drying himself. He got dressed and rushed to the dinning room where his family was. Everyone was seated at the table, waiting for him. He sat down and smiled. "We may eat." His father said. Everyone began to devour the meal. Lance didn't eat much and picked at what was on his plate. He was going to die anyways, so why did he have to eat? "Lance. Are you okay?" His twin sister asked worriedly. He nodded and excused himself. "It was a lovely meal. I'm just not very hungry." He went to his room where he curled up and cried himself to sleep.
