When the school called Lance's parents telling them that Lance never showed up, his parents panicked. "Thank you, officer. We will." Mrs. McClain hung up the phone. Lance was officially a missing person. Everyone was on edge and his family didn't sleep. They couldn't. The goofball of the family was missing! How could they just forget it? No one knew where he was. He was standing in an alley way. No one knew that. A student reported finding a note written by hi days later. A gun was found with it. The note read:
Dear Finder,
If you are reading this, than I have successfully escaped. Yes. I killed myself using the gun with this note. You probably have seen my dead body in a pool of blood. How else would you have found this note and gun? I am truly sorry for being a burden. Thank you.
