I couldn't take it, myself went to interfere,
You held my arm tightly, you don't want me to care,
Eyes pleading and was begging you to let me go,
You were tenacious and your answer was a stonecold no,
A tear fell on my cheek as he declared me as a foe,
My sobs were silent, screamed your name with no echo.
