The warmth of an evening rose
Blooming red of innocence and purity
The blue of fresh new dew
Spewing as their tears of joy
As their times of pain
Thorns stinging with the green of envy
For their partner
Who is their unity
Together
The humble feeling of a soft embrace
The desire to stroke a hand
To see a crooked smile
To watch a saddened face
Eased by a way of words
Together
The proud partnership
Of bestowed vows
The promise
To stay together
Of the darkest storms
Through and through
For it's no match for them
Together
The shared dream
To share the world
And it's glistening hues
To watch the skies
With shooting stars
Always in wish of one another
Together
The grace of a sacred dance
Of twirling in the spotlight
The light cast upon their face
Their movement highlighted by the stars
Their feet unintentionally aligned
Their eyes sparkle so wide
Together
The sinking feeling of release
Of comfort toward each other
Of secrets
Of lies
That's where their love would justify
Together
Their sobbing parts
Their time of leave
Would feel like
The destroy of humanity
Crushing and bleeding
Their texts would cry
A hand clenching
For another's reply
Yet having faith in each other
Together
For their lover's passing
Always remembering
Together
