Will was walking back to his cabin when he heard muffled crying coming from cabin 13. "Nico? You in here?" Will asked as he entered the cabin. He turned the lights on to see Nico sitting in the corner with a razor to his wrist. Nico felt strong arms wrap around him and the razor being taked out of his hand. Nico started to sob into Will's jacket "Im sorry Will." Nico said as he fell asleep. "You have nothing to be ashamed of. It happens to the best of us" Will said to the weeping Death Boy. Will went to sleep with Nico in his arms and Nico vice-versa.
The next day when Will went into the infirmary he got fired with questions. "Where were you last night Will??" his sister Jane asked. "We didn't see you? Were you with Nico???" Everyone in cabin 7 knew that Will Solace had a huge crush on Nico di Angelo and they always gossiped about it in Italian. "Yes Jane as a matter of fact I was in Nico's cabin last night but for reasons that if he wishes to eplain he can." Will remarked. Jane was shocked at first but went to attend to a patient.
5 hours after the whole 'Will-and-Jane' thing happened a cry was heard coming from cabin 13. Will didn't have a patient so he ran as fast as he could to the cabin. When he walked in he saw Hazel Levesque holding the limp body of Nico di Angelo. Will eyes went huge and he picked up Nico's arm to see if he had a pulse. "He has a pulse but it's very faint. We need to get him to the infirmary NOW" Will said to Hazel. She nodded and helped her brother's crush carry her brother to the infirmary.
"We need a opperating room open NOW!" Will screamed at his siblings. Jane and Jack opened a door and scrubbed up along with Will. They took off his shirt and Jack started to feed him ambrosia and nectar. Jane and Will started to stitch up the cuts on his stomach.
After 1 hour of intense surgery Jane walked out to the waiting room and asked for the 7 and Reyna. They all imedatly rushed up when she said "Nico di Angelo." "What's wrong? Is he okay? Is he gonna be okay?" Hazel and Jason asked in unison. "Yes he is gonna be just fine," everybody sighed in relief. "He will have a few scars that will never go away. I was just wondering what happened to him?" Jane asked the 7 but mainly asking Hazel. "I just walked into his cabin because we were gonna go play a game and I saw him on the floor bleeding out." Hazel said grimly. "Did he have a knife in his hand or was there one near him?" Jane asked again. "Now that I think about it there was a small knife not far from his hand. Why? What does it mean?" Hazel said. "Well it's likely that Nico tried to end his life today." Jane said with tears in her eyes. "What? I thought he ended that? He told me that he was never gonna do that again." Hazel said with tears falling down he face. "Well sometimes people who try to kill themselves will try it again." Jane said.
Jack came running out of the O.R. saying "Jane we need you in there now! And can one of you guys go and get Tommy for me? Tell him that we need him in O.R. 8." Frank nodded and ran to get Tommy. "Tommy! Jack, Jane and Will need you in O.R. 8 now! It's Nico." he said. Tommy sat up and ran to the door. He scrubbed up and went into the room. "What's wrong?" Tom asked. "Nico here has a lot of internal bleeding and he's loosing blood very fast." Jack reported. "Jane go and see if any of the his friends have his blood type. It's A-B positive." Will told his half sister. She nodded and came back a few minutes later with 2 pints of A-B positive blood. "Jason and Leo are AB positive, only Jason gave some so if we need more we can get it from Leo." she said.
The siblings finished the surgery 2 hours later and were taking Nico off of the anesthesia and put him in a regular room. After Will changed back into his jeans and CHB t-shirt he went to Nico's bed. Jane had told him what she found out from Hazel. "Why didn't you pay attention Will? Why couldn't you have said someting to someone to watch him today?" Will scolded himself. He was sitting in a chair next to Nico's bed with his elbows on the bed. Will was running his hands through his hair because he was so stressed out. He almost lost the love of his life.
Hazel walked over and sat next to Will. She put a hand on his shoulder "It's not you fault Will." she said trying to comfort him. "No it is you see, last night I was walking to my cabin and I heard crying and I went into the cabin to see what it was and I saw Nico sitting in the corner with a razor to his wrist and blood all over the floor. I took the knife away and he started crying in my arms." If Nico hadn't just almost died Will would have never said the last part. "He fell asleep and I did too. I should he told you or one of you guys when I woke up." Will said to the rest that had come in with Hazel. "That is so cute" Piper said. "Not the Nico cutting himself part but the you holding him part." "You couldn't have known Will" Jason said. "I know but I should have told someone as a precaution."
Nico was awake and he heard the whole conversation but chose not to open his eyes at anypart. He didn't have the energy to. "Avevo ragione! Ti piace-" (I was right! You like-) Jane was cut off by Will saying "Nico? Yeah." Nico is fluent in Italian and when he heard what he just heard he started to cough. "What *cough* did *cough* you *cough* just*cough* say?" Nico asked. "Nico you're up!" Hazel said engulfing him in a huge hug. "Yes yes Im up, I have been the whole time." Will's face turned bright red "You were?" He asked. "Yes I was, I'm sorry guys I don't know why I did it." Nico said hanging his head. "It's okay Nico just don't do it again." Jason said. "I won't I promise and this time I will keep the promise." Hazel nodded. "Now what did you say Will?" Nico asked. "I said that you can leave in a few days." Will said. "bugiardo"(liar) Nico said. "What no I'm not." Will said defending himself. Nico arched an eyebrow. "A proposito, parlo italiano fluente" (by the way, I speak fluent Italian). Jane smirked and Will glared at her. "Uh what just happened?" Frank asked confused by the conversation in Italian. Jane walked out leaving a bright red Nico di Angelo and Will Solace to explain.
'Maybe this will explain it' Nico thought. He leaned forward and kissed Will full on the lips. Will was shocked at first but then kissed back. "EWWWW! GET A ROOM!!" Percy said while Jason was running around flaling his arms screaming "SOLANGELO EXISTS!!!!! MY OTP!!!!!" Piper was shocked that a) Solangelo was kissing and b) her boyfriend's reaction, but soon she was joining him. They started to run around camp saying it.
