True Mates

  " I have another power that let's me see whose mate is whose." They all nod and I continue.

" Your real mates are all here but are with someone else." They all gasp.

" Would ya'll like to know who they are?" They all nod and I pair them off.

" Okay. Edward and Rosalie, Emmett and Alice, and Jasper and Esme." Each couple looks at each other and smiles. Alice goes and as its on Emmett's lap, Rose sits next to Edward with his arm around her and Esme awkwardly sits next to Jasper. Then Jasper pulls her in to his arms. The only one left is Carlisle who just walks up to his study.

They all thank me and I then go knock on Carlisle's door. He tells me. come in and he looks up at me.

" What's wrong Carlisle?" He looks up at me with sad eyes. And it breaks me.

" I'm alone Kayla. Do you know whose my mate?" I bite my lip and nod.

His eyes light up and he smiles.

" Who?" I barely whisper it and I'm amazed he heard it.

"Me."
