Chapter 3

Hold Me Tight

Jimin's POV

-1 month has passed since Jimin's arrival in Seoul-

"Okay so we just need to buy more decorations for the café" I smile at the employees whom I have hired "What kind of decorations Mr. Park" my employee, Ina, asks me "Aish Ina, call me Jimin. All of you should just call me Jimin, I'll be working jere as well. I want this café to have a very homey vibe to it, so you guys will decide on that" I smile at them as I brought my wallet out "Jinjja?" Mark asks "Ne, the money in this debit card should be enough. Make sure to buy the things we need!" I tell Mark "Mark, Ina, Miri, and Siyoon will be in charge of decorations" I pointed at each of them.

"So in 2 weeks, we will officially open up PJ's café" I drew the date on my calendar "Hopefully everything will be set" I look at my father "It will be, don't forget that you'll be interviewed later about your café" he pats my back and puts his coat on "Arraseo appa" I hug him

"So Mr. Park, you will be opening up a café soon?" the interview asks "Ne, I will" I nod my head "The name is 'PJ's café' PJ obviously stands for Park Jimin" I laugh "That is amazing! When will the café officially open?" the interviewer clasps his hands together "2 weeks from now" I smile and the audience cheered "Do you have a them for your café?" he looks at me "I do. I want it to be a cute café but very homey as well. Students can go there and study, at the 2nd floor of the café will be for students only. Adults who are working are welcome to stay at the 3rd floor. The 2nd floor has booths in them, each booth can fit 4 people and is fully air conditioned" I explained to him "Jinjja? Please tell us more about each floor of your café, it seems like your café really is for everyone" he chuckles

"Like what I said before, the 2nd floor is for students only. We also provided 4 bookshelves on that floor. 2 bookshelves contain books related to academics and the other 2 is filled with story books, ranging from fiction to non fiction" I smiled "We also provide pillows and blankets for the students, they can request for it at the counter on the 1st floor" I tell him "That is amazing! Students will surely have a great time studying at your café. Of course, students will wonder, do you provide wifi?" he asks me "Of course we do, there are 3 routers in the café. There is one in each level just for faster internet connection" I tell him

"Thank you for your time Mr. Park, it was nice having you! Please go visit PJ's café as soon as it opens!" the interviewer ends the show.

I was walking back to my car until my phone rang "Jimin" Namjoon says "Oh? Namjoon! Why'd you call?" I felt myself become happier "Have you moved on?" he asks in a worried tone

Something bad will surely open

"No" I sighed and sat in my car "It's been a month Jimin" Namjoon sighed "I know hying. It's hard to move on from someone who you love deeply" I swept my hair back "Seems like she moved on though" he tells me "Mwo?" I was damn shocked "I keep seeing her with a guy"

"It could be just a friend Namjoon, don't overreact" I nervously laugh "Yeah well they were basically sucking each others faces on the streets" he spits out "Oh" I softly say "I'm sorry Jimin, I know you still love her but I don't know why she moved on so quickly" Namjoon sighs "Maybe she never really loved me" I murmured "Gotta go hyung, I'll drive now. Goodbye" I ended the call and threw my phone to back seat and hit the steering wheel.

I drive back to my empty house and run to my room.

After a few rings, Lisa finally answered my skype video call.

She still looked so beautiful, her brown hair was no longer brown but blonde. It makes her blue eyes pop out so much. Is she a goddess? Please tell me you can be mine again. I miss holding you and telling you how lovely you are.

"Hi Jimin" she smiles

That smile really gives me the feels, I wish I could go back there to hold you.

"I miss you Lisa" I sighed "I want you to be mine forever. Please tell me you will wait for me, please?" I begged her "Jimin" she softly says "But I don't want to anymore" she sighs "We're through already, it's been a month Jimin. I don't need you anymore as my boyfriend. I'll just hurt you even if we get back together, and you won't even take care of me or love me like your girlfriend" she says as tears started to form in her eyes.

"Please trust me Lisa, I love you so much. I will take care of you, I want you to be mine forever. No — you are mine forever. I promise to hold you everyday and tell you how much I love you. I promise to never let you go, I will never let you go from my arms again" tears started to stream down my face

"Jimin, I want you back but..." your face seriously screams 'I don't want you'

"Are you with someone?" I couldn't breathe "Yes" she sighs "I'm sorry Lisa, but I can only see you as mine" I started to cry "Won't you give me another chance?" I begged her "Stop this Jimin, I do not want you back" she started to get irritated "I don't want to let go" I softly say "You have too, never contact me again Jimin. Goodbye" Lisa then ended the call.

A/N hold me tight was really easy to understand. The song basically talks about how the guy cant accept the fact the girl is slipping away from him (just like jimin here) the guy tells her to trust him and to just believe him when he says that he will love her more and hold onto her (just like what jimin is doing) the guy cant picture the girl with someone else than him thats why he is also begging her to just hold him tight and to not let him go

He basically begs the girl to trust him and hold him forever. The guy is willing enough to get hurt by her embrace because of how much he loves her, sadly enough even if the girl doesn't say anything it's very obvious that she wants to let go

This is basically my understanding of the song but its really hard to type out my true understanding of the song because idk its hard to just explain it through typing
